This review in regards to the establishment itself. The people are very nice and the restaurant is very clean. I will be trying the food in the near future.“

“First visit today and I was really impressed. The service was super friendly, and she made great recommendations based on my order. I went with the spicy tuna and shrimp poke bowl and it was delicious & everything tasted fresh.
Even though I ordered to go, the inside was clean and welcoming, and there are a couple small tables outside as well. Will definitely be back.“

Only issue was the soft drinks yesterday. They tasted off. Thankfully I was able to get it sorted through the app as I didn’t have time to come back. “Not that often do you get such good service like this from fast food restaurants anymore. Had to take a moment to share that store number 399 in Newnan is doing something right! I pulled up to the drive thru, super pleasant and professional voice Ms. Jackie greeted me. Not only was the service super fast, but the food was so fresh and delicious. Ms. Jackie was awesome and seems happy to be there. All around great experience today!“

“This is easily one of the best fast food restaurants around. They offer a little bit of everything, burgers, chicken, and seafood, and for fast food, it’s fantastic. The staff is always polite and genuinely seems happy to be there, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great spot to bring the family.

The prices are reasonable and in line with other fast food chains, but the quality here is miles ahead of the competition.“

“We took the kids for an ice cream after our flag football game last night. Pleasantly surprised in the quality and cleanliness of the restaurant. “Went to steak and shake on 2/1/2026. Really clean. But it was like a self service gas station you had to do everything for yourself not really any customer service. The food was OK not anything to write about. The prices are kinda high but so is everywhere in this day and age. The milkshakes looked good but don't try the dreamsicle one. Not very tasty. All in all an okay place.“
