They gave him the most delicious donuts and Lizz made really excellent dish recommendations. We will return for sure!!“

“This place is very cozy and the cashier was so nice! The banh mis are made fresh so it does take a little longer but it’s so worth it. Everything is well balanced. Bread was fluffy and crunchy. The Vietnamese sauce compliments the juicy crispy wings. No dipping sauce needed for their wings. The grilled pork banh mi - get the pate added and it’ll set it off. The pork was tender and smoky. They have sugarcane juice which was the best refreshing drink for a hot summer day. It’s a modern Vietnamese fusion spot that actually does it right. It still tastes Vietnamese but in a different way. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend!!“

“I really enjoyed this place. My friend and I sat at the bar … just because it’s our favorite place to sit … always something going on. The whole staff that we encountered were kind, knowledgeable and polite. I ordered a Yellow Fin tuna collar. Penny ordered a Pork Belly Bon Mi. Both were so delicious that I’m quite sure they will be serving this in heaven 😊. We tried a Nishiki rice lager … which was light and delightful … perfect for a mid day meal and this meal in particular. Thank YOU all at Hopstix for a wonderful afternoon.“

“Overall, I would give it four stars. I ordered the tomato beef rice noodles (my friend did as well). The taste was good, but aside from the noodles, there wasn’t much meat or vegetables. Although it was filling, it didn’t feel very satisfying...emmm...but not bad (like medium level?) Also, the vegetables were the salad type, which felt a bit strange. The pudding milk tea tasted pretty average, at least I would say they can improve it. I might go back to try other flavors(?) Like spicy noodle or sour beef..My other friend recommended pairing it with fried chicken for a more satisfying meal.“

“I’m not sure if this place is new or if I just never noticed it in the plaza but so glad I tried it ! This place is more similar to a self-serve restaurant. Chowbus QR codes are on the tables to order and pay, water station is complimentary, and there is a counter to grab to-go containers, utensils, and napkins. The decor inside feels like I’m on a C-drama set following a cute modern couple.

Food-wise, I will definitely be coming back for the cucumber salad, chicken skewers, and malatang! The Chinese skewers taste similar to ones you’d get at a Chinese skewer spot or skewer hot pot place. The beef malatang flavor reminds me of satay flavor, especially with the peanut dipping sauce. (Not the usual malatang flavor but still very delicious) The braised beef noodles were okay for me but you get a hefty portion of the beef. (I personally prefer this type of soup paired with the Chinese pickled mustard greens, iykyk) The portions here are generous so come hungry ? I didn’t order boba here like some people did just because I wanted to try the food here and there are other boba options nearby. But overall, great place to eat on a rainy or cold day !“

“We’ve been there many times. A new family just purchased the business and the whole family works there. I had the Sesame Chicken tonight and it was very lightly battered and very tender. I’ll definitely be back. Oh, they have very flavorful fried rice - the best I’ve had anywhere!“

I called & asked if they could have the sushi boat ready for us when we arrived & when we got there it was all prepared for us. We had a delicious meal & we were able to get to the airport on time. “You order at a machine and are given a receipt with a number. You can sit anywhere because your number will be called out once your food is ready. Utensils are self serve. We ordered Galbitang, LA galbi, and the handmade dumplings. Galbitang was delicious but meat could have been more tender. LA galbi was flavorful but had some fatty pieces that you end up just throwing away because there’s barely any meat. Handmade dumplings were average and don’t think I’ll be coming back to eat the dumplings. After eating, you drop off your tray(s). Overall, service was fast and food was good. First time dining here. I think I’d come back if I was in the area.“

“This was my first time dining at a Tin Drum Asian Kitchen and it was a solid choice!

Parking: Located in a shopping plaza, had no issue finding parking right in front of the restaurant.

Service: you order at the counter. They had an extensive menu offered in a booklet style at the counter which was unique and they had a separate book for their many Boba tea offerings.

Food: I got some sort of noodles, maybe Singapore noodles? Flavor was great and the portion gave me enough for leftovers. I enjoyed it and would order it again next time!“

“Everything was so delicious. Fast service and they have authentic import snacks to take home. Music was a little loud but they have quieter areas to sit. Presentation of food is excellent and everything ordered was hot, fresh, and bursting with balanced flavors. So many tasty choices!!! They came by my table and asked if I needed anything, and brought me to go boxes with no problems. A must go for date night, especially if you want to try something new.“

The bulgogi and short rib were very flavorful and tender, and I loved all the condiments and veggies that came with it. Cha offered great recommendations and conversation. Almost felt like family was cooking for us.

Maybe the waiter was new, but he forgot to bring us water even though it was a slow Sunday evening. Only 2 other tables had people when we were there. “I lit go to this bakery like every week and buy 8 different pieces of bread each time. It always tastes really good and customer service is good.
