“The first time I visited Inman Perk was 6 years ago during the first week that I just moved to Georgia. I was really drawn then to the welcoming and cozy aesthetic in a new and unfamiliar state. The interior has changed somewhat, but overall has kept that same inviting atmosphere. I feel like the coffee here matches their aesthetic well. It's not a very sharp or overwhelmingly bold flavor profile. Even their espressos I've had are a little milder with a smooth and warm finish. I personally love their cortado for this. They definitely know how to keep things exciting though with new seasonal drinks and creative combinations that they come up with regularly. I was helped by Luca today, and they really made the whole experience special. After my coffee didn't come out as I hoped for, they made a fresh one for me that went beyond my expectations! People like Luca really make all the difference not just in a business, but in people's lives. Thank you so much for being so amazing, Luca! “First of all, the place is extremely clean, the weight staff is incredibly friendly and courteous, and the food is not only delicious and well proportioned but also very reasonably priced considering inflation. It’s sort of a sports bar atmosphere, but who cares when the food is so good and so reasonably priced. There are literally no decent restaurants in Gainesville in spite of the fact that it’s a rather large city and has two major college campuses so this is a welcomed addition. Finally, they have a robot that brings you your food during the week. It’s a lot of fun.“

“Went to this coffee house that opened on the site of the original El Sombrero restaurant. They are drive through only. I was greeted by an employee who recommended me one of their waffle sandwiches to try. I declined, wanting to try their new Red Bull infusion drinks that they've been advertising. I got the Aquamarine infusion which mixed the the Yellow Edition with blue raspberry and coconut flavors. The drink was ok being similar to what is offered at QuickTrip. Overall good customer service and a good alternative to Dunkin' and Starbucks.“

I asked the barista her opinion of the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. She seemed to be confused that I would ask her opinion, and her "Yes, it's good." Sounded like "If you order it, I'm going to make it, let's leave it at that." Anyway, the beverage I was presented was made well enough to be on a billboard ad. She noticed i took the stopper out of my drink and asked if we preferred to not have one in my wife’s. Obviously, that paying attention to small details blew us away. Since there were three customers waiting we were happy to see that all safety protocols including social distancing & face coverings were in effect and the kiosk was very clean.
