“Always a line but hospitable staff. It's a Starbucks us know theyre all the same just like Chick- fil-A. Watch out for the onslaught of soccer mom's with 9 modifiers delaying the line, but if that's your only complaint then your day is pretty darn smooth right.“
“I LOVE coming to this Starbucks location, the natural lighting is perfect for me to work in and the staff is amazing, special thanks to Angelica she’s the funniest barista I’ve ever meet and made me the BEST brown Suger shaken espresso I’ve ever had. Every time I come in she has the best attitude and makes every drink perfect.“
“Went there this afternoon around six and I’ve been thinking about it all day. The barista that was there made me the BEST chai latte I have ever tasted in my life. I regularly travel between PTC, Atlanta, and Decatur, and this location is the best I’ve ever been to. Quality is and always has been great and consistent.“

Part 1- The staff here is very friendly and pleasant. 4 stars for service. If drinks came out at the same time for a group, would give 5 stars.
Food availability is inconsistent. Went on a Saturday and all 5 of the items I would have ordered were not available. Still got coffee but had to grab breakfast at another establishment.
Part 2- Atmosphere- Gone are the comfortable seating options and partitions for more privacy that you usually find in a coffee house. Just one long area filled with tables and chairs. Probably a corporate decision since many of the Starbucks remodels look like this one. Not fair to the place I know but the atmosphere is not what it used to be to me because of the layout. No longer come here with a group of friends.“
