“I love this place and would recommend it to anyone and hate leaving reviews but today was just… not it.. We’ve always loved coming here and typically have a great experience, but unfortunately this visit was a disappointment. Our party of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids) arrived at 5pm, placed our order about 10 minutes later, and got our drinks with no issues. After an hour with no food, the manager came over to let us know our server had entered our order but never actually sent it to the kitchen. About 20 minutes later, food started coming out in pieces not all at once. By this point, our two oldest kids (7 & 8) were in tears because they were so hungry. The 4-year-old’s meal still wasn’t out when everyone else was eating. When we mentioned it, our waitress simply said, “sorry about that,” and moved on to her next table. Kinda felt dismissive, really. We truly love this establishment and have had many positive visits, but this time was frustrating and disappointing for both the kids and adults at our table.“

“Our family stopped at Bojangles while traveling back home to St. Louis from a family vacation in Florida, and it was a great experience all around. The food was awesome — flavorful, fresh, and perfect for a road trip meal. We took advantage of one of their family deals, which came with a half-gallon of tea (a great touch).

There was no wait, and the customer service was excellent — friendly and efficient. The restaurant was also very clean and well-kept. We especially loved the custom boxes that held both our food and tea — super convenient since we were eating on the road. They even provided us with cups and plates, which made things much easier for our big family.

Highly recommend stopping here if you're traveling and need a tasty, affordable, and family-friendly meal!“

“My husband and I visited on our trip and the portions were very large. They had a $14.99 deal where you got an app and entree. I got the Nachos and the Pulled Pork Sammy w/ a loaded baked potato. So good! So much food!! My husband got the corn bread (it came with honey pecan butter) and babyback ribs with loaded baked potato and onion rings. The only thing not amazing was the onion rings. Everything else was delicious!“

“Firebirds 🔥 is our favorite spot. Great place to go for special occasions, they are always generous with a special dessert. Food is deliciously amazing, service is top shelf, ambiance is really great and we love Don, the manager! He's always busy keeping everything running perfectly and has a smile remembering us. Happy hour is worth your trip from far away, the Bar Bite menu is the best!! I love the Parmesan Fries, the Beef Sliders and the Chicken Nachos are truly a must!! Of course the wine 🍷 is always good. “Love the food and atmosphere. It’s like coming home to grandma‘s house and having a big hug. However, I hate the changes in the newly remodeled restaurants I have been in also, the side/vegetable portions have become so small they often look more like a child’s portion, leaving me having to order more or add on a child’s plate of vegetables. Oh yes, in the bathrooms are universally, dirty, smelly, and disgusting no matter how far or near I travel. I should know I eat 2 to 3 times a week at Cracker Barrel.“

“Ordered tamales and didn't realize they would be twice the size of "normal". So I ended up with leftovers for lunch the next day. I got the pork mole ones. Packed with pork. Masa soft and yet firm at the same time. Not dry at all. Perfect. Literally only thing I'd change would be to ask for extra red sauce. I like the filling a bit more wet than these were. But not an actual complaint, just my personal preference. I will definitely be coming back for more & to try other menu items.“

“We come here quite often cuz I love their steak pasta, it’s always really good. Today we had Abbi for the first time as our sever and she was awesome! It’s always a hit or miss if we get rolls, even when we ask for them, but she made sure to bring us some and even offered another basket fresh out of the oven. She also checked on us a few times and was very friendly in general. Definitely had to leave a review this time cuz she was awesome!“
