“Only one person working a dinner rush, and that one person (Ethan, I think, hard to tell cuz he was moving so fast his nametag was a blur) needs a raise. I'm a waitress/ restaurant manager so I've seen some things: but I've never seen anyone work through a line so fast, probably averaged about 90 seconds per customer and still did everything perfectly.“

“While it is a smaller location, the staff is always friendly, the food is prepared quick but delicately, and if I'm in a hurry I'm usually in and out within 5 minutes. It is also kept very clean. It is also a coupon participating location, which is good if I need a place to redeem any deals. I've gone several times in the past month and haven't been disappointed yet.“

“Lisa was absolutely amazing. Food was wonderful & exactly what I ordered. I made a catering order for over $200 for social workers at the hospital and it can be tricky getting everyone’s order right. Lisa individually wrote everyone’s names on the boxes for me & made my life so much easier. Also, her attitude and eagerness to help was very apparent. I love to see employees that love what they do! “Ordered online for curbside. Arrived early and app said I could only check in 5 minutes before arranged time. I waited, then checked in again, and still the order was 4 minutes late being brought to my car. This may have to do more with the app than the store, but that was my experience.“

Unfortunately, due to supply chain and food cost issues these days, this location and the others in the Rossville/ft Oglethorpe area are not able to accept coupons for BOGO or similar deals.

If you get those coupons in the mail, keep this in mind when deciding to go!

We still ended up eating Subway that day because the bread smelled wonderful, and the staff was so nice, but.... It's just something to bear in mind.

“I needed some items in WalMart early in the morning and wanted some breakfast. I had not considered a Subway before, and ruled out McDonalds as they don't have turkey bacon or sausage with their egg breakfast. I was there over an hour before the Subway in the store opened, but the worker was getting set up. She graciously invited me in and fixed my 6" chicken teriyaki sub! Service above and beyond.“

“Probably the best Subway I've been to in a long while. Staff was trying to take a break while we were there, but every time someone came in they all left their break and took care of the customers. Excellent! My sandwich was good and made well. I did not get the feeling that they were throwing it together and trying to get it over with. Obviously a better managed/trained shop than most.“

“I used to work at Subway. I am somewhat specific as to how I prefer to have my Subway sandwiches prepared. I was happy that the employees at this Subway were able to follow my requests and make it the same way I would have done myself. This has not always been the case at other locations. They were also fast and friendly. I was somewhat surprised when they asked my partner if he was (eligible for a senior discount) over 62 years old, but we shared a good laugh about it when we arrived back home, so it was certainly not a big deal. The bread was just a little dry, and the tomatoes could have been fresher, but I don't expect anything different from Subway. The food was still good and I enjoyed it very much.“
