They forgot my ginger beer last time and put an extra one in when l ordered last night after l told them what happened. Definitely my new go-to spot in Southwest Atlanta for jerk. Coconut cake was light and fluffy too.“

“Ok so I’ve been craving some good oxtails since I moved here to Georgia from Texas!
I’ve been to a few spots and they have all let me down. Someone recommended this spot and brought me 30 minutes just to get them. I caught them right when they were about to close, but they still welcome to me in. I was not able to see the rest of the food, but I trusted, the smell when I walked in so I still decided to order. I have the oxtails with cabbage , rice and plantain.
The cabbbage was amazing as well!
I definitely don’t like everyone’s cabbage but……
they show love the oxtails were amazing all the way around I love Yal gave me the meaty ones. I don’t like spicy and I like the fact that they weren’t. I asked for extra gravy for my rice and of course they showed love with that as well. This was a great experience, even though I didn’t get to sit down, but I’m definitely glad I caught them before they closed. All I can say is if they have a line they are definitely worth the wait and I will be returning customer.

“My first time here and it's definitely NPT my last. I had a veggie plate and also bought a oxtail plate. Mac & cheese, yams and plantains and oxtail, cabbage, plantains and rice and peas. EVERYTHING was on point and nothing but flava.“

“Friendly and accommodating staff, and delicious Trini fare like roti, oxtail, doubles and macaroni pie. Feels like a Trini spot in Bklyn. The portions are well worth the money spent. Solo, Shandy and other Caribbean drinks served here as well. I’ve been looking for a good Trini restaurant and so happy it was recommended to me. My only comment would be to sweeten the tamarind sauce a bit more to make it less tart and allow for more indoor seating with the space they have. Nonetheless, I am now a loyal customer.“

“Not all Jamaican restaurants are created equal. I ordered 2 spicy beef patties and a lrg Jerk Chiken dinner.

The patties were crunchy and spicy exactly the way I like it.

The jerk chicken was exceptional. Best I've had in a whole. I will go out of my way to visit again.“

“When the food is so good you have to call them to say thank you for making your soul happy!! And I ordered my food through Uber eats. I ordered the simple griot(fried pork) plate that comes with the fried pork and plantains only. When the driver handed me my food it felt light and I was like ok. When I opened the container I could not believe the presentation with the meat and fresh fried plantains. The smell of the food brought back memories of home. Now let’s talk about the taste. When I say someone knows what they’re are doing in the kitchen. Definitely a lifetime customer.

“I love this place, I work an overnight job so there’s not too many places open that isn’t fast food, the food here is amazing. I really enjoyed the brown stew chicken and the grill lamb chops. The man who’s always cooking is extremely nice and always has a positive attitude.“

“BEST gotdamn rice and peas I've had in a long while. I get it with ox tail gravy and I also get the cabbge. I mix the two. It's super good. I tried the ginger drink that's made in house and it's reallly good, almost better than when I juice myself. I'm not one to write reviews if I do it's because something is eitehr that good or that bad. This is that good. I live down the street for years and work in the area and never knew they were there.
