“Clean playground and restaurant.. Employees friendly. Had a party of 20+ no issues no on food. Came 2 weeks later for another large gathering. Same result. Will return in a few weeks for another gathering.. wish they did birthday parties again with cake.“

“The best Bojangles in Warner Robins, Georgia. The food was hot, well seasoned,delicious & affordable. I was given plenty of condiments & the portions were huge. They have a 8 piece, 2 sides, 4 biscuit, and a half gallon sweet tea special for $21. You can't get a better deal than that at any other chicken restaurant. The only thing I didn't like is they didn't give me any napkins, but I asked for paper plates & they had those.“

“Cason by far shows leadership qualities as well as great character. He has the upmost respect for the workplace as well as his commitment to the workplace. If he’s needed by a coworker he is always right there to do any task that is asked of him. Cason also has great customer service skills and a great attitude. “This, like many Chick-fil-As, is a pretty good, clean and well kept environment. However, it is much slower than the other Chick-fil-A in warner robins. Overall, very good restaurant, however I would recommend going to Russell or Watson locations instead“

“This was my first visit to Charlie's cheesesteaks I was going on a recommendation from my son who eats them out in Lafayette Louisiana and says they are great. I would have to agree they are very good at the least. I got the large bacon three cheese and only could eat half of it so I will get to have the other half at supper. “Tonight I observed a hard working team of young people who respected their leader & work together to execute orders for their customers. I ordered a 15pc wing, which required the team to cook my food to order. I didn't receive attitude, nor did I detect an unwillingness to prepare the order. Bridgette who was the manager on duty stated "she could really use one more person" out of fatigue but expressed it calmly as if it were simply wishful thinking. Her location was understaffed but they pulled together to prepare the orders efficiently. I was impressed with what I was seeing. One of the young men took the initiative to fill the straw holders in drive thru, where he could've easily ignored the need and left it for someone else to do. I also asked to make sure my wings were well cooked. To ensure my order was as I requested she cooked them an extra minute. The team was under pressure, tired, and understaffed yet still provided exceptional service to customers that were there as I waited & to me as well. Keep up the good work Bridgette & team, good customer service is on the verge of extinction. I appreciate experiencing such great service this evening there with you and your people. Blessings⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Burger freshness is hit-or-miss. Sometimes they are good, and other times they taste like the patties have been sitting in the warmer for hours. But when they're good, they're really good. Not sure if all Hardee's provide veteran discounts, but this location does.“

“Ice cream good. Fast food service needs improvement. Second time I’ve ordered 4 and 6 piece chicken finger baskets. Both times I received 2-4 piece orders instead. Counting is a must when tanking and preparing orders.“

“Ate there last night around 8:15. The food was awful , warmed over at best. As we were leaving l went to get a tea refill and the female Mgr. said " we closed at 9:00 and it's 9:04 already so we thru it out. She was a jerk and when l called to speak with the owner the next morning l got her again instead. l told her l should get a free tea next visit and her response was " it ain't gonna happen ". She needs to be fired. She is not customer service material and ruins the reputation of a good place.“

“Thank you Destiny for fixing our takeout order. I went through the drive through and when I got home the order wasn’t correct. I called the Hwy 96 Location and they were so polite on the phone immediately putting their manager on the phone. Destiny was kind, courteous and quickly had a solution to the problem. I drove back to the restaurant and my corrected order was ready and hot and greasy. Everyone was kind and courteous! Thank you Destiny and crew!!!“

“This is one of the new style Wendys with a nice patio sitting area. The inside lobby seems to have its own hours apart from the store hours. Be prepared to wait and make sure you have out your check book. Unless you get the 5$ biggie bag you will be spending a lot more then you expect, idk if prices slowly went up over time and I just don’t eat fast food that much but last I checked it was like 8$ for a fast food double patty with bacon and cheese. whatttttt ?!?! Wendy’s as a whole isn’t bad but I feel like they are trying to keep up with “new style” fast food restaurants (ex. Taco Bell, cfa, cook-out all updating the way they’ve been doing things to increase efficiency) a well I understand they wanna up-date in their own way, but it’s like all they did was change their look and increase their prices. Everything else is the same. Slow, expensive, mediocre. 4 stars cause they have always have the frosty machine running and will make fresh fries without complaints.“

“Parking situation is a bit chaotic with the cones for drive thru line right behind. Need a better pick up option for orders placed online so those of us with young kids don't have to go inside and get them out of their car seats and back into them. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead to save time cuz Might as well roll thru the drive through and wait it out. All around excellent. A good slim chickens location compared to others.“

“I deleted my original post after getting a phone call from the district manager to come back and give Arby's at this location a try again. I did the food was way better than before and also the manager was also extremely nice when I came in and told her why I was there I think her name was kowanda sorry if I'm spelling your name wrong. Thanks for trying to make everything right I really do appreciate that. I still like a roast beef and cheddar sandwich. Praying for all Arby's to get it's grit and grow and integrity back 💪. “Monday 3/18/24 was my 4th or 5th visit to this location in last 5 months or so. Each visit has been top notch. The employees are always friendly. The food is made perfect every time. The ingredients are spread out evenly. The 1 customization I make is always spot on. I am thoroughly impressed with this location every time I come. I live in North Perry and drive out of my way to this location when the Taco Bell craving hits. Keep up the good work!!“

“Wasn't as busy as I remembered it to be but service was prompt. I was able to get my order without waiting long. On a good note it appears that the little burgers have gotten a little bigger. With that distinctive good Krystal burger taste they are still as good as they have always been.👍“

“Fast, friendly service and the best burgers...STILL!! I stopped by for a late dinner and was seated immediately. Our server was efficient and attentive. I ordered the Garlic Double Steakburger with onion rings and a bowl of chili. So. Good. My burger was hot, cooked to perfection, and had just enough garlic butter to make it good but not overpower your taste buds. Awesome experience at Steak'n Shake.“

“?️Customer Service from greeting upon entering, to leaving was Exceptional (Although, after checking our bag, we told the young lady our egg rolls were missing, where she replied "oh sorry I forgot") ???TIP- ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING!!!?️The establishment was semi-clean with a very nice setup inside, and outside is simply BEAUTIFUL ??️The "Choy Mein" was flavorless neither myself nor my adult daughter liked it, we added our own seasonings, butter, and soy sauce which made it edible; BUT the Teriyaki Chicken and Orange Chicken was ABSOLUTE PERFECTION 100% flavor plus juicy and tender, we fell madly in LOVE and will return for those 2 items specifically ?❤️?❤️?? Lastly, we were sad to see NO masks on the employees as they have to speak over people's food and NO completely covered hair ? In spite of this, we would still recommend this location

“Every time we come to this location, we have a great experience. The food is good, orders are correct and the staff are friendly. Today, in particular, Dez was very kind and I was so impressed by her ability to hear orders through the dated speaker system and still make drinks, take payments, and work the drive through window simultaneously. She does it all with a smile on her face! The gentleman working the grill realized he gave me a wrong side and fixed it before I even got my food. I am always impressed with this Cookout and will always come back.“

“The location on the Russell extension is one of the best fast food options in Houston county. Their facility is always very clean and the food is fresh and hot when received. The people who work there are friendly and their service is fantastic. “I did a survey a couple hours ago, not even 3 minutes later, the manager called me and solved the problem extremely professionally. I ordered 2 double krabby patty meals and I realized I got singles instead only after getting all the way home and my husband already halfway eating his meal. As well as having the remind the drive thru that a portion of my order wasn’t given to me. So I had to wait longer to get the other portion. Thankfully the manager said the they will remake my whole order for me. Khayi, was extremely professional, thank you.“

“We took my kiddos last minute to eat before seeing a movie and they were unable to get their ice creams that came with the kids meals due to being late for the movie. The manager there went out of his way to come out to use and give us free coupons to redeem their ice creams at a later date. Absolutely made my kids day. The food was good and came right out. We will definitely come with the kids again.“

“I never leave reviews! Today I don’t know how I got so lucky but whomever prepared my loaded chicken fries was on it! The food was so packed that the container was heavy, my sauces and seasoning were included just as requested! Massive flavor, layers on layers of the fries, cheese, ranch, chicken, etc is top notch that I just had to review this. There was a huge line but it moved quickly and my food was hot. Thank you Zaxbys on Perry Parkway! I haven’t eaten any fast food in months and decided on a new year’s treat, this hit the spot!“

“My friends call me the Subway Queen. I don't need the process turkey but I am not there yet. The staff is very kind and professional. The lines are long however they get the customers out quickly. The main reason I visit here and the one by the library they don't get upset when I make special requests. I don't eat pork, or beef and only like lettuce pickles cucumbers, and doesn't like the cross-exposure on the gloves. They kindly switch their gloves. The day shift and evening shifts are pleasant alike.

“This place is absolutely incredible. I live closer to the one on Russell parkway but I choose to travel the extra mile to go to this one. They are outstanding, this one puts the right amount of cheese (they are not stingy with their cheese). Crust is awesome. The customer service is great too. It doesn't take long at all for my food to be ready hot and fresh. Me and my family enjoy eating here. Deals are on point as well.“
