We had an unfortunate experience at Sago. It took the kitchen 2+ hours to complete our order. When questioned, the staff became very defensive, and refused to accept accountability for employees who would rather be scrolling on their phones than respectfully answering questions from patrons who are some of their biggest advocates and most loyal members and patrons.
