“This is by far the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot 😭). I started a job in Dunwoody 10 minutes from this location about 6 months ago. To say I’m here at least once or twice a week is an understatement. Most of the time whenever I go for either breakfast or lunch, at least one of the employees working there knows my name without me even saying it. Every time a certain group of like 3-4 employees are working & I come through, it’s literally like getting to say hello to some friends you haven’t seen in a while. They ALWAYS take such great care of me that even one of the managers greeted me by saying “Hey! Nice to see you again!” when he brought out a curbside order to me. I am absolutely awful with remembering names, but I remember faces, so if my 3-4 besties end up seeing this, THANK YOU for all you’ve done for me as a customer and also just as another human being. From remembering my orders, to remembering my love for peppermint milkshakes (and then making me one unprompted when they’re out of season), to looking out for me by gifting me rewards in my app here and there, this staff is genuinely the kindest group of people. The one person I especially wanna shout out is my girl Sam! I always get so excited to see her when I come through, and I’m beyond appreciative of you! This CFA is in a VERY busy location, which according to the other reviews, apparently people don’t realize that (or they willfully choose to ignore it), but nevertheless they have always made me feel like a priority even during their busiest times. Knowing that I’ll most likely be met with a super long line, I will happily keep coming here (even with longer wait times because it’s during a rush) on my lunch breaks if it means I get to keep being taken care of by this staff. If more people increased how much grace, patience, and kindness they extend to others, this establishment would have MUCH fewer 1 star reviews. So thank you for always being good to me here, and hopefully the right people see this so my favorites can be recognized for their hard work and kindness they continue to show me! (I appreciate y’all so much & am super grateful, so hopefully that’s seen through my actions and how I treat all of you as well <3)“

“If CfA follows its path diligently, is kind & good & closed on Sundays, one day it will get to heaven. And when it does, it will be transformed into Bruxie's. IOW, the food here is amazing. Chili honey is warm but not extreme. Chicken & waffles are perfect. Crème brûlée & strawberries on a fresh waffle are delicious. Service is friendly. Give it a try!“

“We have ordered a few times from Flippin Chicken and it has been amazing each time. The chicken is delicious, the fried plantains are my favorite and they have kid friendly fries and chicken tenders. The sauce with the chicken is the perfect pair! Highly recommend and a great deal for a family meal! Fast, easy, food you can feel good about at a great price!“

“I would consider us regulars, eating here 1-2x/month. A little disappointed this go around. We ordered the toppoki, bulgogi quesadilla, and the harue kimbap. The bulgogi quesadilla was labeled as a “limited time” item and was pretty good! The fries it came with were a little undercooked and lacked that the crispy crunch. Harue kimbap = solid. The toppoki was overcooked—the rice cakes and ramen (that we paid extra for) were too chewy/soggy.“

“I had a pleasant experience the first and third times I visited. However, the second visit was chaotic. The service was running super late on orders, even though plenty of plates were ready. I think they were short-staffed, but it was a mess. Now, coming to the good part: I loved the whole chicken. They could’ve added a bit more seasoning to the peri chips. The garlic bread was nicely made, and the Portuguese rice was good, though it was super cold. My favorite was the peri-peri wings—they were delicious. I enjoyed the chicken thigh sandwich as well. This place is better for hanging out with friends than for a date.“

“I’ve been going to Chicken Salad Chick for a while now and have never had any complaints. The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistent, and the place is clean and welcoming every single time.

But what truly sets this location apart is Fernando. Whether he’s at the cashier or working in the back, he’s always there with a smile and an incredibly polite attitude. He genuinely goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Need something? Fernando’s already on it. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently brings that kind of energy and care to their job, and it really makes a difference.

“Came in with littles during a rain storm. It was busy but there was no line and the dining room staff was constantly cleaning to keep tables available. Compared to other locations, seating is minimal but we didn’t have an issue grabbing a table! Food was quick and excellent!“

“Disappointed in the consistency. Every time I come with my daughter and get her a kids scoop, it is a different size, sometimes half a scoop and sometimes a whole scoop. I wish I knew more what to expect when I ordered the kids meal because otherwise I would just get her a regular combo to ensure a full sized scoop. Otherwise, we love this place.“

“This CFA is BAIG. Best at its game. Being in a busy spot of town, with hospital workers constantly in and out… they have perfected service. Quick, pleasant, and clean. We were in and out at the busiest time. Food was made exactly how we ordered, and looked as if each order was carefully curated. Staff is phenomenal. They all deserve a raise for how efficient they are.“

I come in every day for lunch and day after day, time after time, the service, atmosphere, food and overall general vibe of everything going on here is EXACTLY what you would expect from a Chikfila, but honestly it’s more than that. They have spent so much attention to detail on curating such a homely and inviting feeling. From the flowers arranged on every table to the chalkboard they update all the time with things that make you smile ! The food is always out quickly whether you do mobile order or in line, and it’s always hot and fresh which is SO important to me ! All of the staff is very welcoming and kind and eager to make your experience as pleasant as possible. And one thing that I really really love and appreciate is the fact that they employ locally which is important when coming into a community in my opinion and for this very reason, they have workers who can communicate with the people of the community who end up being your customers and I think that is something to be applauded because while it may be small to some, I see the impact first hand. The managers and owners are such a joy to speak with as everyone there is really a true embodiment of the spirit of Chikfila and for that I thank them. Ten out of ten would definitely recommend !“

They patiently answered all of my questions about the menu and helped me make a decision.While I waited for my food, I noticed how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. “I tried this place through catering and had to go try the real restaurant. I got the chicken salad melt with the grape salad and it was great. My sister got the chicken salad sandwich with pasta salad and a scoop of Dixie chick on the side. My son got a spicy pimento cheese BLT and he enjoyed it. And we ordered a trio just to try even more flavors. The crispiness of the croissant melt was the very best. They actually mixed up one of my scoops and gave me the wrong one so I didn't get to try the one with the pineapple so I was sad. We ordered chips and it was perfect. Our least favorite was the pasta salad and our most favorite was the grape salad. The cake did not taste like white chocolate and it was okay.“

“Love going to this Chic Fil-A. This is my “neighborhood” CFA if you will. And it always has a family kinda vibe when you go in( atleast when it’s not during rush hour) The operator Chris Darley is just a genuinely nice guy and man of Christ. Some times there can be a bit of a wait for mobile dine in or carry-out and food comes out a little less warm then I’d like( but thats just me bein picky)“

“So since we arrived to Dragoncon on Wednesday we have passed by Gus's famous chicken several times, I decided to treat the family. The wait time was about 15 minutes which is not bad at all.
We were seated and our drink order was taken which is nice. The food was great. Just the right amount of heat for us. I ordered the 2 piece dark meat platter that comes with Cole slaw, baked beans and white bread. I also ordered a side of mac n cheese. Side of fries and side of potato salad. The food was great. Our server was great too.
Where I was disappointed was when my son went to the restroom, another patron came to ask if the empty chair was taken, we said yes and it was ok but when an employee just grabs my son's chair and starts dragging it away without even asking. That kind of ruined my dinner. So thats why I gave it 4 stars. Other than thar it would have been a nice first time experience.“

“Wonderful experience! In short JUST GO. Finally found a restaurant with more of a family touch. The service is amazing! Some of these reviews confuse me, such as saying the cashier is rude. My opinion is that those customers just did not get there way or didn't know how to read the menu. I've been there quite a few times and never had this happen. Though she might be in a rush sometimes since it seems she's the only front worker, I think she doesn't mean to come off as rude but wanting to get the orders in and out quicker. I use to work in the food industry and babying customers were not my first priority, serving the customers were!“
