“This place is a gem! The staff, including Mully himself, are always so friendly and very quick to meet every need. The food and drinks are very reasonably priced and don’t miss the chicken Parmesan. We love to sing along with Kurt who provides excellent entertainment. If you are anywhere near Helen then stop in and give them a try!“

“The food is really good-everything is prepared to order. The only issue I have (and we’ve been a few times), is the ordering process. I think it would be better with a waitstaff. Standing in line (for all 4 visits there) for over 20 minutes to place the food order. Also, the cashier had left the line 2 of those 4 times we were there to re fill the chip box. The line extends outside often, and depending on the weather that is an issue. Again, if they had a waitstaff and a waitlist to sit on busy days, this would eliminate standing in line, or outside.“

The place is run by three incredibly nice people who take your orders and cook your food right there. They were super kind and got our food to us quickly, which is always a plus.We went with the classic burger and fries, and you could tell immediately that the burgers were made from fresh ground beef, formed into patties with care. The fries were Ore-Ida crinkle cuts, but honestly, they were just right alongside the burger. With great prices and delicious food, I would 100% go here again.“

“This place is upstairs. You will see a sign from the street. We went in because the teenagers in our group wanted Boba tea. But when we got in, they had coffee! And they had honey coffee so I was excited to try it. I loved it. And ended up going a second day just to have that coffee again. I definitely recommend trying it out. They also have a cute sitting area where you can take a break from shopping or just relax a bit.“

“My favorite place to go to for fair like foods whenever I visit the area. The place is tiny with no tables to sit inside, but there are plenty of places to sit outside or get a to go box to walk around with and take in the sights. The staff is always attentive and friendly.“

“We came in sunday morning we were greeted from waitress to cook to lady washing dishes Food came out fast and was good as usual. Service was great - very attentive. They topped off my coffee at least 4 times. I am impressed with the whole crew of Huddle House.i love how we can watch them move around each other and help each other out.not one member of that team was not doing something . We always come before church and it is something we will keep coming every Sunday morning . Kids love sitting at the bar top and talking to the person washing dishes and watching the cooks make the movie . we will tell others to come by for sure .great job everyone .the place was clean and love the country songs playing in the back. “Hidden in plain sight. Mountain setting turns into a trip to New Orleans when the menu is presented. Can't go wrong with ettouffe anything, oysters Rockefeller, and chocolate torte. Didn't love the meatloaf. Preserve the tomato topping! Highly recommend.

“Absolutely phenomenal! We were not expecting to find anything good near the cabin we rented and this place was absolutely fantastic!They are busy and understaffed so expect to wait and be kind to the server who is hustling to get everything done! Our waitress was fantastic.That being said- the wait was absolutely worth it! My veggie burger was the best I’ve ever had and I had to share my “fries” because no one could get enough.We will be back :) thank you very much!!!!“

“Absolutely delicious baked goods. I tried some sort of fig bar and was amazed how something so simple could be so delicious. Idk what they put in there but it was amazing and so flavorful. The prices for pie especially are super reasonable. It was hard to decide on one. The coconut buttermilk pie is great and the fresh baked bread is soft and fluffy. They had always been closed during my visits to Helen but thankfully I finally caught them open. In fact it was Saturday before closing we stopped. Ate in our car and then noticed they would be closed the next two days and we wouldn't be able to get more so we went right back in to stock up. Really delicious! I will be back for that fig bar!“

“So doughnuts are great. Clearly they make them and were tasty. Building is old and rundown and they were doing drive-thru only on a Saturday morning when we went which means I guess they are currently always drive-thru only. Have to honk to get service. Dunkin was packed next door so clearly they would benefit from some help/marketing/improvments as their doughnuts are much better than dunkin. Will be back when we go thru, particularly now knowing how they operate.

“My only complaint is that the prices are high but what would you expect in a tourist town. Everything in Helen is pricey.They have somewhere around 36 flavors to choose from. There's lots of seating at picnic benches to catch your breath and cool off in the hot Georgia summers and to escape the cold with a hot pretzel or elephant ear in the mountain winters.“

“Went to the Helen subway tonight even though we live in Cleveland but the one in Cleveland has let us down on many occasions. So.today we choose the Helen location I have to say this is the best sub I have has in forever . The service was amazing ,store was clean very pleased .“

“Delicious✨. My family went there specifically because of the good reviews one of us was reading. I don’t know what site he was using but they were all outstanding, nothing less than a four star. I thought the place was amazing! We were served pretty quickly and the appetizers greatly appeased the wait. The loaded fries and chicken I got was DELICIOUS! I have never eaten anything better ? (I’m not a bot, I swear?). The servers were really nice, especially the guy on the phone when we called to ask about the wait (there was none!) They even pushed enough tables together to have our 19 people sitting at the same table (usually they say 15 people a table, max at other restaurants). I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it??‍♀️. Highly recommend!“
