“It's a very rare occasion that any McDonald's gets 5 Stars across the board. Stopped in during early lunch, approximately 12pm. The drive through was very busy and the dining room,wasn't as bad. Walked into a clean restaurant, was greeted by a female employee with a good attitude and a smile. My food was ready in minutes. My meal was brought out to my table. The same Female still with this great attitude brought my food to me. The food was hot and about as fresh as it could get. Maybe I hit this location on a good day,maybe not. Time will tell as I'll be back and I'll update this review if needed afterwards.
Kid-friendliness: This location doesn't have a playground, but does have a small fun area for small children.“
“By far the best experience I’d ever had at a McDonald’s. I had interactions with 3 different employees, ever. Single. One. Was friendly and in a cheerful mood. Which put me in a cheerful mood. Food was fresh and hot! I couldn’t ask for a better experience!!! Keep up the great work!!“
“Honestly, fast food is usually better in the morning (because of the adults working) and worse at night (because of the children working). Things just flow different and I understand that.
This McDonald’s has never missed for me though and even when there was a problem they fixed it and made up for it. Children handle situations differently than adults so my boyfriend has had some run in with younger people who just didn’t care.
My food is always hot and fresh even when I get it delivered. It could be because I live right behind this location but we all know opening your delivery bag and getting old food or a wrong order is something we just get accustomed to over time. But they always get it right (sauces and all).
I recommend this location and I’ve spoken with the manager a couple times she’s professional and kind.“
“This is by far the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to I came in here with my son at 6:30 we ordered our food we did not get our food until 7:20 50 minutes for a Happy meal it was like we did not exist up front no employees would come up front and finally the lady came and when I try to ask her if my order was ready and she was the manager she said baby how do I know can't you see I got all this going on how do I know if your order is ready and walked off I couldn't cancel it on the app I would have if I could have stayed away from this McDonald's I've been here a few times before and it's been a problem every single time and of course his Burger was not plane I couldn't get anyone back to correct it and then to put his lid on his drink they had no lids but I couldn't find an employee to even give us a lid it's like you don't exist if you're in the lobby stay clear of this McDonald's by all chance there's another one a couple miles down the road“
“I dined in hoping my food would be better than the drive through, but not really! I got the Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel, it was cool to say the least and the bagels are not fresh at all! My hash brown was very hot and fresh, but the sandwich was worth eating… service was great, people were nice and friendly!“
“Last week, I was given the wrong order at the drive thru. I called & David the Manager apologized & said to come back at my convenience & my order would.be replaced. I went in today. David replaced my order & apologized again. I am very happy with his customer service.“
“The customer service has gotten a lot better over at this McDonalds over the last year. They are more polite and faster depending on the time of day. The last two times I have been I have been at dinner time and breakfast and both times they have been quick and friendly.“
“22 Apr ‘25 12:40 pm. Man who took order / man at money window was very friendly and polite as was young girl who handed me my order. Food was hot and fresh and exactly what I ordered. Lots of homeless looking people hanging around out front.“

“After a solid 2 hours of attempting to get food around town (storm wiped out roads and some electronic equipment which rendered cashless transactions useless) these great people ensured that our kids got fed.
Ultimately, they above and beyond their baseline level of service, which we greatly appreciate after a rough night like last. Thanks y’all ????“

“The Berwick McDonald's is one of my favorites. The food is always good, The employees are always nice to me, And my order comes in a timely manner because I usually go there when they are slammed So it takes a little while but it's not an unreasonable waiting time. I put in my order, and pay for it and they tell me to have a seat and they bring it out to me. I'm a retired mystery shopper, retired retail and retired fast food so I know service when I see it and these folks are great. If you go to a fast food place with a bad attitude, that is what you're going to get in return because these folks work hard just like you do and all they want to do is to be treated well. If you don't get that, it was likely because you were rude to them to begin with. Try taking a deep breath and putting yourself in their shoes and be a little kinder. This McDonald's is the best one in Savannah hands down“
“This morning was chaotic with my son needing to be at school an hour early, and we didn’t even have time for breakfast. After dropping him off, I took my little girls to McDonald’s and Rajamel completely turned our day around.
His positivity was infectious. He brought our food to the table, cleared our trays, helped with the girls, and made it feel like we were being spoiled at a nice restaurant. The food came out quickly, hot, and delicious, our order was correct, and he even checked back to see if we needed anything else.
Because of him, the girls and I have decided to make this our new Thursday morning tradition. Thank you, Rajamel, for making a stressful morning wonderful.“
