“The lady who worked the window this morning 4/17/25 at 6:50am is absolutely wonderful! I just want to take a moment to recognize this sweet woman who often works the drive-thru window at this McDonald’s. Every time I’ve had the pleasure of seeing her, she has been so kind, warm, and professional. This morning, she greeted me with a bright smile and even said “my pleasure” — something you don’t always expect to hear, but it made my morning. She told me to have a happy Thursday, and it truly left me feeling cared for. Plus my coffee was just right and my food was hot.
This isn’t the first time she’s made an impression on me either — I remember her from a previous visit because she always brings the same cheerful, genuine energy. She clearly takes pride in her work and treats every customer with kindness. Thank you for having someone like her on your team — it makes a big difference!“
“By far the best experience I’d ever had at a McDonald’s. I had interactions with 3 different employees, ever. Single. One. Was friendly and in a cheerful mood. Which put me in a cheerful mood. Food was fresh and hot! I couldn’t ask for a better experience!!! Keep up the great work!!“

“Last night 7/6/24 they were extremely busy with drive thru only. However, the customer service was awesome and food was fresh. It. Is issue to get stressed when so busy and customer service not be on point. However, the manager and both ladies at windows were very pleasant and helpful.“
“Last week, I was given the wrong order at the drive thru. I called & David the Manager apologized & said to come back at my convenience & my order would.be replaced. I went in today. David replaced my order & apologized again. I am very happy with his customer service.“
“I dined in hoping my food would be better than the drive through, but not really! I got the Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel, it was cool to say the least and the bagels are not fresh at all! My hash brown was very hot and fresh, but the sandwich was worth eating… service was great, people were nice and friendly!“
“22 Apr ‘25 12:40 pm. Man who took order / man at money window was very friendly and polite as was young girl who handed me my order. Food was hot and fresh and exactly what I ordered. Lots of homeless looking people hanging around out front.“
“There was a long wait, but there were only like 2 employees. That being said, they deserve a raise because they didn't miss anything in my large order, there were no mistakes, they had a good attitude and they were just vibing and getting the job done!“
“I stopped in for my niece and nephew to eat something. We were coming from an appointment and had to go out of town to get back home. Lunch had just started, so they were busy . The employees were very nice despite being busy, which is rare for fast food. I had the most pleasant worker who served us. I wished that I had gotten his name. He went above beyond to make our visit great. He knew that I was tired. Thank you for making me feel better.
Vegetarian options: Not really for vegetarian except fish if you're a pescatarian. You can indulge in desserts lol“
“I love the new freshly prepared quarter pounder! Which begs the question, what were theh doing before? Was it beef? This and the fish filet are the only sandwiches I can eat without “consequences “Now years later they can’t even show up on Sundays“

“After a solid 2 hours of attempting to get food around town (storm wiped out roads and some electronic equipment which rendered cashless transactions useless) these great people ensured that our kids got fed.
Ultimately, they above and beyond their baseline level of service, which we greatly appreciate after a rough night like last. Thanks y’all ????“
“The Berwick McDonald's is one of my favorites. The food is always good, The employees are always nice to me, And my order comes in a timely manner because I usually go there when they are slammed So it takes a little while but it's not an unreasonable waiting time. I put in my order, and pay for it and they tell me to have a seat and they bring it out to me. I'm a retired mystery shopper, retired retail and retired fast food so I know service when I see it and these folks are great. If you go to a fast food place with a bad attitude, that is what you're going to get in return because these folks work hard just like you do and all they want to do is to be treated well. If you don't get that, it was likely because you were rude to them to begin with. Try taking a deep breath and putting yourself in their shoes and be a little kinder. This McDonald's is the best one in Savannah hands down“
“It's a very rare occasion that any McDonald's gets 5 Stars across the board. Stopped in during early lunch, approximately 12pm. The drive through was very busy and the dining room,wasn't as bad. Walked into a clean restaurant, was greeted by a female employee with a good attitude and a smile. My food was ready in minutes. My meal was brought out to my table. The same Female still with this great attitude brought my food to me. The food was hot and about as fresh as it could get. Maybe I hit this location on a good day,maybe not. Time will tell as I'll be back and I'll update this review if needed afterwards.
Kid-friendliness: This location doesn't have a playground, but does have a small fun area for small children.“
