“I work for a local HVAC company and we do their AC work. Everytime I've been here the kitchen is spotless. (Alot of places I've been in I won't eat there due to how bad the kitchen is.) The managers and staff are very friendly. They have the best burgers with great healthy options as sides. They cook your order to your preference, I am completely comfortable ordering a Rare or Med-Rare burger from here. They are a exemplary example of great dining.“

“Went to steak and shake on 2/1/2026. Really clean. But it was like a self service gas station you had to do everything for yourself not really any customer service. The food was OK not anything to write about. The prices are kinda high but so is everywhere in this day and age. The milkshakes looked good but don't try the dreamsicle one. Not very tasty. “I work in the office, less than a mile from this location in Newnan, once a week. I always make sure it's on Whopper Wednesday. Today I arrived to pick up my order only to realize that I placed the order for the other Newnan location. After trying to cancel or change it in the app, David behind the counter asked me what I had, and made it for me anyway. I think that was great customer service, and I appreciate it!“
