The ones who complain about the wait time just go to a fast food restaurant. Sushi Tong is a restaurant meaning you are going to wait more than 15 to 20 for food. The local Mickey D's and Wendy's are up the street (LOL) if you want the food given to you in a 60-90 second time span. If you do not have the patience for actual restaurant food do not come, if you have patience yes please check them out totally worth the wait :)“

“We ate here after seeing Cirque du Soleil nearby with our two kids, 10 & 11. The restaurant was clean, and comfortably decorated. I wasn't worried too much about having what amounts to a grill in the middle of our table with the kids. It's obviously hot, but it's not like you'll lose a hand if you get too close here and there. Service was great. Our server was Yuki. He was very attentive, and explained how it worked, and answered any questions. When our food arrived, Yuki told us exactly what each item was, and exactly how long to cook it per side. Not a cheap place to go, especially with kids, but a nice treat after an otherwise fun-filled day with other new first experiences.“

The restaurant is on the roof top with an amazing view of downtown Atlanta. Ask for Kenny when you get here! He took great care of the 5 of us! 10/10 experience!!!! Will be coming back. “Really good food and a pretty good price too. Though, one time we ordered food, then after ordering, we had an emergency we had to leave for. So, I let the staff know that we wanted that food to-go. They brought us twice the amount of food of the same order. One for dine in, and one for to-go and we got charged for both. Might've just been a miscommunication, but still.“

“Simply worth the drive and money. Since Covid my husband and I eat out very selectively. Most of the time restaurants are overcharging, understaffed, unclean and service is less than standard. They look at you crazy if you ask for hot food and clean utensils. Well at The Bowl all is well! The service is top notch from placing your order to the moment you leave. The food is savory, clean, made to order with perfection! I highly recommend this restaurant anytime of the day.“

“I cannot rave about kumo hibachi sushi enough! This place blew us away. From the moment we walked in, everything was above and beyond the service, the atmosphere, and most importantly, the food. Every single dish was crafted to perfection. The sushi Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The rice was perfectly packed never falling apart like in other places which says so much about the care and skill behind each roll.

The flavors were spot on balanced, bold, and seriously addictive. We usually go to another sushi spot, but it was packed today, so we gave Kumo a try and honestly, we’re so glad we did. Even though we had a wait, time flew by. The staff was kind, attentive, and on point with everything, our food came out fast, our water glasses were always full

This place isn’t just good, it’s exceptional if I can give it 10 stars I would!! It’s the kind of place you immediately want to tell your friends and family about. We’re already planning our next visit and bringing everyone we know.

“We love sushi and had eaten at all the nicest sushi restaurants in Atlanta except for this one, so we decided to try it. We had the premium omakase and it was AMAZING. This was both of our favorite experience - usually I prefer more fun and flavorful rolls (ie like Eight) and my husband likes his sushi more pared down (ie Tomo, Nobu, Mujo), but the sushi struck the perfect balance of letting the fish shine without being boring, adding a hint of flavor to enhance. I never eat wasabi but the wasabi relish was incredible - I put on every bite! John, our server, was professional and personable and made our dinner very special - great recs and accommodations! We usually dine out on special occasions (bdays, anniversaries) and it’s not uncommon for it to go unrecognized.. this was the opposite experience. Just a night out but it felt very special. We also loved the vibe- not stuffy or pretentious (some babies even which I don’t think is common but we didn’t care, they didn’t detract!) while maintaining high caliber of service and food. Overall, 10/10 and we will definitely be back. Our new favorite sushi restaurant!“

“The food is absolutely amazing. I drive 30 minutes from my home in Marietta for this spot. Prices are extremely fair and the quality of the roles is by far some of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely worth checking out. The chef and server are family and they make you feel right at home. The decor is a little outdated but they make up for it in service. Highly recommend.“

“Ive always enjoyed the menu and service at Umi. The issue that I run into pretty consistently is having reservations, showing up on time for said reservation, and being told the table isn't ready. I understand that Umi is busy and rightfully so, but it does leave a bad impression that after checking into reservation on time we are still waiting for 20 sometimes up to 30 mins for our table to be available. It's sometimes frustrating because if we have reservations following our dinner, it puts us behind.“

“Met a friend for lunch and it was a great experience. Fresh to order rolls, well done and generous sizing. The house salad alone was crisp, abundant and full of color which is not the norm. Dressing was a perfect amount. Ordered 3 rolls and they were executed well. Everything came out orderly and on time. Our server Carolina was wonderful and attentive. Aesthetic is top notch, surrounded by cherry blossoms and lanterns with ambient lighting. Insta worthy! Will definitely be back!“

“I recently dined at Avenue Kitchen and Bar, and overall it was a great experience. I ordered the Double Decker sushi roll ($22), which was fresh, flavorful, and delicious, while my friend had the chicken wings that were also very tasty. We were seated upstairs, which gave a nice view of the restaurant, though it would’ve been more convenient to have a bathroom on that level. The only real downside was that for large parties, the restaurant combines everything onto one check instead of allowing separate payments. Aside from that, the food and atmosphere were excellent.“

“This place is located in the Hub food court. It is connected to Hyatt Regency & Marriott Marquis through the Skywalk. We came every night of our stay & it was always fresh & the staff was great. The Dream Crab and Peachtree rolls were our fave! We also had the Dragon roll, miso soup & the sesame chicken. The price was about $10 per roll. It is amazing & prices are great!! Closes at 7pm! Must visit when in Atlanta!“

But Miyako is one of my favorite hibachi ? restaurants they are always friendly, and the food is delicious, and they give you a lot of food,the prices are reasonable. I always save the rest for the next day at work. I can never eat it all, lol. So delicious & don't forget the yum yum sauce.“
