The ones who complain about the wait time just go to a fast food restaurant. Sushi Tong is a restaurant meaning you are going to wait more than 15 to 20 for food. The local Mickey D's and Wendy's are up the street (LOL) if you want the food given to you in a 60-90 second time span. If you do not have the patience for actual restaurant food do not come, if you have patience yes please check them out totally worth the wait :)“

“We ate here after seeing Cirque du Soleil nearby with our two kids, 10 & 11. The restaurant was clean, and comfortably decorated. I wasn't worried too much about having what amounts to a grill in the middle of our table with the kids. It's obviously hot, but it's not like you'll lose a hand if you get too close here and there. Service was great. Our server was Yuki. He was very attentive, and explained how it worked, and answered any questions. When our food arrived, Yuki told us exactly what each item was, and exactly how long to cook it per side. Not a cheap place to go, especially with kids, but a nice treat after an otherwise fun-filled day with other new first experiences.“

“The fact that this, at the cheapest level, is $50 for all you can eat wagyu ($58 for non members) plus other sides, is great. The food quality was great. The atmosphere and service were on point. We got taken care of for sure. The rooftop area is crazy! with a wonderful view of Atlanta. Had some friends go there on a separate day for a rooftop party so that's cool.

We had gone first to Chubby Cattle in Duluth out of the blue and enjoyed it so much that when we heard they were opening up a wagyu steakhouse 10 minutes from our house we were definitely excited. I saw people on dates here, but I personally would do groups of 6 or more. That's the vibe of the place. With that price tag also, for unlimited wagyu, it definitely makes it pretty affordable compared to other restaurants in the area, depending on how much you eat, and my group could eat! We will be going back to try other tiers soon.“

They look at you crazy if you ask for hot food and clean utensils. Well at The Bowl all is well! The service is top notch from placing your order to the moment you leave. “We love sushi and had eaten at all the nicest sushi restaurants in Atlanta except for this one, so we decided to try it. We had the premium omakase and it was AMAZING. This was both of our favorite experience - usually I prefer more fun and flavorful rolls (ie like Eight) and my husband likes his sushi more pared down (ie Tomo, Nobu, Mujo), but the sushi struck the perfect balance of letting the fish shine without being boring, adding a hint of flavor to enhance. I never eat wasabi but the wasabi relish was incredible - I put on every bite! John, our server, was professional and personable and made our dinner very special - great recs and accommodations! We usually dine out on special occasions (bdays, anniversaries) and it’s not uncommon for it to go unrecognized.. this was the opposite experience. Just a night out but it felt very special. We also loved the vibe- not stuffy or pretentious (some babies even which I don’t think is common but we didn’t care, they didn’t detract!) while maintaining high caliber of service and food. Overall, 10/10 and we will definitely be back. Our new favorite sushi restaurant!“

“Hibachi Ninja is hands down the BEST! We had them cater a company event for over 250 people, and they absolutely killed it.

The food? Incredible. Everything was so fresh, flavorful, and cooked right on the spot. You could see how much pride they put into what they do, from the quality of the ingredients to how beautifully everything was prepared. People are still talking about how good it was!

The team was amazing too. Professional, organized, and super fun. They handled such a big crowd with no problem at all and made sure everyone was taken care of. And the chefs didn’t just cook they put on a whole show. It turned dinner into an experience, which made our event even more special.

“Met a friend for lunch and it was a great experience. Fresh to order rolls, well done and generous sizing. The house salad alone was crisp, abundant and full of color which is not the norm. Dressing was a perfect amount. Ordered 3 rolls and they were executed well. Everything came out orderly and on time. Our server Carolina was wonderful and attentive. Aesthetic is top notch, surrounded by cherry blossoms and lanterns with ambient lighting. Insta worthy! Will definitely be back!“

“Umi never disappoints. I usually come here for dates, but recently visited with a group of 4 for a celebration and it was perfect.

The real star of the show is our server Matt T. - if you get the chance to sit in his section, do it. We told him our preferences and dislikes, and he coursed out an entire meal for us from start to finish. His recommendations were spot-on: the yellowtail jalapeno, spicy tuna crispy rice, caviar toast, and otoro caviar were all incredible. The drinks were great too. Matt was attentive without being intrusive, explained each dish, and made the whole experience feel personalized. I highly recommend this approach - just tell him what you like and let him take care of the rest.

“First off, I'd like to state that this rating is in comparison to other Mom & Pop establishments and not Michelin star places. That'd be unfair to both parties involved.

With that said, I really enjoyed myself here. The staff were very attentive and expeditious! I received my order probably about 5 minutes after I ordered. Granted it was earlier in the day and not many patrons but I still believe they deserve the recognition for it. There were plenty of seating available even for a large party if you have one. The establishment was clean on the outside and inside. In addition, the bathroom was really clean and tidy as well.

I ordered Sashimi that came with 6 other rolls and gyoza shrimp. The shrimp were so hot I actually had to let them sit a while before eating, which is great for me compared to cold or lukewarm. The Sashimi and sushi were extremely fresh! You can see a pick of the chef area where they prepared it. The food was plated exceptionally well and was a pleasantly unexpected surprise.

This was a great experience!!! And the efficiency of the staff allowed me to eat my lunch and get back to work on time. I highly recommend it and would visit again.“

“This place is located in the Hub food court. It is connected to Hyatt Regency & Marriott Marquis through the Skywalk. We came every night of our stay & it was always fresh & the staff was great. The Dream Crab and Peachtree rolls were our fave! We also had the Dragon roll, miso soup & the sesame chicken. The price was about $10 per roll. It is amazing & prices are great!! Closes at 7pm! Must visit when in Atlanta!“

“The food was good, but portions could be a little more. They give samples on chicken so that you should can determine what you like. They are the first ones coming off Escalater in the food court. We walked down and tasted the others just to be sure. They had similar selection. Their eggrolls looked burned or overcooked, cheese Rangoon seemed to well done as well. It's $8.99 plus tax for 2 meats and 1 side. I would go back.“

“I'm in a nursing home and once a month we coordinate a big takeout order with various places. We have used Okinawa Austell 3 times now, and everytime, without fail, they have given us delicious perfection! And their lunch prices are extremely affordable, even for us! We average 30 to 35 orders each time! Everything is always packaged so we can identify each order easily, and there have been ZERO mistakes or complaints. Zero complaints! Chase is always spectacular with his customer service and attention to detail. I wish i could remember the names of the other people whom ive interacted with. They were just as pleasant and helpful. I cant say enough about how much we love Okinawa Austell! Their Dallas Hwy location is also a gem. My sister and I used to go there at least once a month. It was our favorite sushi spot! It appears that Okinawa provides excellence no matter which location you go to! I would give more stars if I could!“

“9/2025- had to update this review, we have always loved this place but feel like it’s been going down hill a lot. Tonight we order delivery and the shrimp lomein was so fishy and gross and the sweet and sour chicken is usually white meat and this time it was mixed and just gross with so much sauce it was soggy. We will not be returning since we just threw out $50 in food ugh!

I can't say enough good things about this little hibachi spot! The food is absolutely phenomenal—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.

Such an affordable & tasty hibachi option. We love to grab this on Friday nights to go home, have a treat and watch our shows! We used to drive 20 minutes to come by but luckily live less than 10 mins away now 🤪It’s like having a top-tier Japanese steakhouse in a to-go box. I always get the large steak hibachi and my fiance gets the large chicken hibachi 10/10!
