“Great spot! The Mac and cheese bowls are excellent and we got the small. There was plenty! Tried the chocolate and carrot cake. Both were delicious and way cheaper than most charge. Only 6 a slice. They were homemade and so good!

The lady behind the counter was great and fun to talk to. She explained our questions to us and made solid recommendations.

Mornings were for the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had (and all of our teams agreed)…and the evenings for dinner, drinks, and a great time! Every one of our team members loved it! “I dined in for the first time and everything was immaculate! From the moment I walked through the door, the customer service was top notch. My server, Marcel was amazing. He made suggestions, checked on me to make sure I had all I needed and was very personable. The lady, whom I assumed was the manager, kept checking to make sure that everything was to my liking. I ordered the lamb chops with shrimp, mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach and it was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant based on my experience.“

I tried the Classic Caesar Sandwich. The large was 27 dollars and they also have a 17 dollar option and a smaller one that costs even less.

Customer service almost got a thumbs down from me. It was my first time there and I was trying to figure out what I saw on TikTok. While I was still deciding, the cashier asked the people behind me if they were ready in a way that felt a little rushed. That part didn’t feel great.

But the older lady who gave me my food was really kind and sweet. She helped me a lot and made the experience better, especially since I am handicapped.

The sandwich is big. It can feed two people if you add sides or even one adult and a child depending on how you split it.

As for the taste, some people might say it is bland. I would say it tastes fresh and clean, not heavy or over seasoned. I did add ranch because it got a little dry toward the end and that helped.

Would I go back. I wanted to say no because of the hype but honestly it is good. Next time I would just get the cheaper option because the portions are already large.

“This was my daughter and I second time eating here. Being away from home (New Orleans) we’ve missed out good ole seafood. It’s been really hard finding a place to match our taste buds,lol. But AGAIN! They did NOT fail! The seafood boil is amazing. Lobster tail was a really nice size (unlike other places), and the seasoning was AWESOME. The staff were nice and made sure we were good. We used Vieux Carre Bistro to cater a large family event. We had several catered meals throughout the long weekend, but my family continually raved about the food from this restaurant. I appreciate that the restaurant recommended a menu based on the dietary considerations I needed to navigate. The chicken pasta was the clear favorite and a must have recommendation. Other favorites were the blackened salmon and fried chicken wings. When it came to service, the owner was very flexible when it came to pick up, patiently waiting to provide curbside loading for our courier. Overall, we were very satisfied with the food, service, and value for this catering order and will definitely use them again.“
