“Great China has been our go-to place for carry out Chinese food for the last 15+ years, never disappoints! The lunch combos are a great value, and dinner menu is still good prices for the amount of food you get. We always call ahead to order and pick up 20-30 minutes later, absolutely no complaints!“

“We were a little nervous at first because we thought we had ordered from another place—but Google ended up leading us here, and we’re so glad it did! What a happy accident. From the very first bite, it was clear this spot deserves way more recognition.

“Came here on a Friday night and wasn't expecting much but boy was I pleasantly surprised. The server was very polite and quick, as soon as we pick up the menu to order more, she was already at the table. The meats were savory but the vegetables were very fresh, we order the spinach 3 times cuz tasted so good. I have to mention the chili blue crab and it was so delicious and has a nice spicy kick. Only thing we didn't like was the mashed shrimpball paste, was too much starch added and tasted like jelly. There so many items on menu it's impossible to eat all in one settings. We will definitely be coming back for more.“

“If you want good authentic Chinese food this is the place to go! We got the dry hot pot with fish, chicken w/ broccoli tossed in garlic sauce , green beans ,scallion pancakes, and the tofu . Everything was amazing , however we weren’t a fan of the tofu. The customer service was amazing and you can get refills on white rice .“

“I ordered takeout and got the pork intestine in dry pot, along with some hot and sour soup. The food was delicious! The dry pot was very flavorful, hearty and aromatic, perfect for a rainy day. I believe they use Szechuan peppercorn with this, as I had that nice mouth-numbing sensation. It could have been a little spicier for my liking, but that is my only remark (and I understand why they might take it easy on the spice to be safe).

The hot and sour soup was also yummy. It is one of my favorite dishes to order at a Chinese restaurant. I am pleased to say this is one of the better ones I've had! We'll definitely have to come dine in at some point in the future.“

“I've been on a quest to find good Chinese food in the Buford area for awhile. The other night I had the pleasure of enjoying a meal at Sunshine Chinese. I was very pleased with the food and the service. Had the opportunity meet the owner and his brother and it was amazing to watch them interact with the continuous flow of happy customers all of which they seem to know by name. We had a party of 4 and they automatically added a 18% tip and when I questioned it they said sometimes we add it sometimes we don’t. Does not make sense to add a tip for a party of 4. This definitely took me by surprise!!“

“We’ve been coming here since 2006 when our family first moved to town, and it’s been our go-to spot ever since. The owners are so kind and welcoming, and the food is always consistent and delicious. Some of our family favorites are the chicken or shrimp fried rice, chicken egg foo young, lo mein, chicken wings, chicken chow mein, and Szechuan beef. We recently ordered takeout for a large family gathering and were so impressed that Sun Garden was able to prepare halal dishes for the order. I always get the Hunan chicken dinner portion and every time the flavor has been consistent. Service is fast and the price is reasonable. The food is always fresh! If you choose to dine in that take good care of you! Very attentive and very nice and quick service. The food is delicious and it definitely hits the spot when you’re in the mood for Chinese takeout.

“Now called Chef’s House – Peking Duck, a re-branding of Kung Fu Kitchen with same owner. I think the change happened July/ August of 2019. The décor is still the martial arts theme. We went there for lunch to celebrate someone’s recovery from illness so they went all out. We ordered their Peking Duck, Lobster, Fish and a few other vegetable dishes. All were good. The Peking duck was very good! The skin is thin and crispy while the meat is tender and juicy. After carving the duck, they used the rest of the duck to make a delectable soup from it! I’ve been in Atlanta for 11 years and this is the first time I had Peking duck here. Granted, I also didn’t go out seeking it either. I didn’t frequent Kung Fu Kitchen much so I don’t know what business was like. The business was brisk during my visit but another table also ordered Peking Duck.“

“I've been ordering from this place for many years. I've never had a bad order, and its always fast. It's family owned and everyone there has always been friendly. Just be aware that while they do have tables where you can eat, this is primarily a take out situation.“

Find this place while in the area I wanted some good Chinese food.

I stopped in & placed a Togo order.

I ordered braised wings , the seafood combination, another order of braised wings with fried rice & crab wagoons

The sauce/ flavoring on the wings was sooo good. They were good sized wings too.

The seafood combination was also good the seafood taste wasn’t over powering & with the rice it was a good mixture

It took about 10 mins before our food to be ready and they were super friendly even 20 mins before closing.

If I’m in the area again. I’m definitely stopping in.“

“It’s on par with the Northeastern restaurants in New York. As a Northeasterner, I think the Northeastern cuisine they cook is quite authentic and the price is very affordable. The only drawback is that it’s a bit bland. I went back twice and the chef’s performance was not very stable. I ordered pickled cabbage powder each time. The tastes are all different, but the Guobao Pork is always good. The hot pepper and dried tofu is not so good.“
