“It's delicious I enjoyed every bit of it. I'm a big crawfish lover and had to try it out, they live up to their name. Love how it's different from what I was expecting, the mixture of all the sauces was such a great blend and their own twist works. “Yes and No! I live very very close to B&B.. And have gone for ladies night, happy hour and to hear my favorite artist Stephen Lee and band.. but lately it lackluster. One of the managers ( new white dude) was very rude when we walked in… We enjoyed ourselves ANYWAY and tipped the waitress WELL.. I always make reservations and request to be seated in the lounge ( when Steven Lee band performs) with no problem. Last evening for Motown night I made reservations for my two girlfriend’s three days in advance was never told about a $75 per person charge just to go into the lounge. I Called to confirm my reservation last night and that’s when she told me about the $75 per person. We happily went somewhere else. So my yes and no response is go when there’s happy hour and ladies night but when there’s a theme, night, just know that they will apply $75 per person. I think my B&B days are over because I’m #woke to their shenanigans now.“

“Our waiter Quinnshawn was amazing. He kept our drinks full and the biscuits coming. He recommended a mixture of 2 sauces that was out of this world. The food was a 10 all the way around. At the end they surprised us with a happy anniversary desert. ( we were celebrating our anniversary.) “We wound up at FishTales today because the parking lot at PigTales was too small to accommodate my Brother-in-laws' RV. No big deal, they are not too far apart. Our taste buds were set on the Fishtales basket (Fried Grouper and fries) and once again, it was delicious. The portion is large enough that my wife and I split it.Our server today was Hannah and she couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. When I placed our order, I asked for extra tarter (dill) sauce and when we got our food, we had two extra sauces. I usually have to ask a 2nd time. Great attention to detail. “I liked the atmosphere of the place. Every table has a place to have bbq if you want. We ordered from the lunch menu. I had the sirloin and tonkasu. It was awesome. My wife spicy pork with vegetables and seafood tofu soup. It was okay. The pork was a bit fatty, and the soup was over salty. The service was really good, and we will definitely be back to try the bbq.“

“Great food and be ready cause this place is not your typical Mexican restaurants. They didn’t even serve chips and salsa but it’s own appetizer which was a nice surprise. Be aware, it’s very spicy. I ordered grilled seafood with grilled cactus and cheese. I loved grilled octopus! Did I tell you spicy? Yes, but tasty at the same time. I usually can handle some spicy food, but this food was the next level. I wish I had a gallon of milk next to me. They had a live music and plenty of drinks. My waiter was so nice and attentive.“

“One of my new favorite places! We went around 2pm the Monday after Mother’s Day.

The food was absolutely amazing! It was all cooked perfectly and tasted so freaking good. It was the first time my husband and I have been and it didn’t disappoint. I got a seafood boil T5 I believe (crab, crawfish, (added) sausage, shrimp, potatoes, corn and (added) boiled eggs) and got it mild with the twisted crab seasoning. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted phenomenal. I’m actually kind of picky as well and was pleasantly surprised that I instantly fell in love. I also might go up a spice level next time.

Our server, Sarah was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and informative. She really made our first visit a memory. The host as well was kind enough to wipe our menu down as it was still wet from the cleaner they used.

My husband ordered chicken tenders and onion rings. His stomach unfortunately wasn't feeling well the last few days so he didn’t have much of an appetite for anything. However, he had some of his food and was pleased. The rest we took to go and our son ate the rest of his leftovers and was happy. Nice big portion of each tender and onion rings. Also, the cook was nice enough to give a nice big portion of BBQ sauce.

Definitely kid friendly. Only went during the day so can’t speak for the night.

I can’t wait to try their other food options and their adult beverages next time. It all sounded so delicious.

Spent $66.33 for both our orders. We did have 2 sodas and I did add 2 boiled eggs and 1/2 lb of sausage.

Cons:
All MINOR
1.) I had to ask for extra sauce to go. I wasn’t even halfway done with my seafood and most of the sauce was gone. (Maybe because it was that good and it got all soaked up by the seafood.) Ha-ha. My server was so generous to get me more with no problem. Next time, I’ll just be sure to ask and get an extra side for dipping alone, while the main sauce gets soaked up by the seafood.
2.) The crawfish I got, a lot of them were really tiny. There was a few that were a good decent size. Normally, it can’t be helped when you get some small ones but definitely expected a lot more decent sized ones. I will note that I come from Texas so, not sure if my expectations for crawfish is high because of that or it could be just a one off batch. Either way it was still absolutely delicious and will order again.
3.) The booth we sat in had a lot of gnats on the table. We had to keep shooing them away for a little while.
4.) The window we were next to in our booth was not clean. Normally, I don’t really care about things like that but it had a lot of butter and grease smeared all around on it right next to me. I’m sure that could also be another reason for the gnats. I think it was just our booth as the windows didn’t look like ours did. Basically, it looked like someone was having a hard time with their seafood and flung all the juices everywhere.
5.) One menu had the po boy options listed etc. and while the other menu didn’t have it at all and had drinks and other stuff that wasn’t on the other. So, we essentially ended up sharing a menu. Not a big deal to us at all. However, if there was a big party someone might miss out on all the other amazing options they offer and wanted to note it.

Deducted one star for the minor cons listed above.

“I went to this Captain D's twice this past week while Dad was in the hospital. My mom kept asking for shrimp. Monday, I got a 10 pc shrimp and a grilled fish and shrimp meal. It was good, but I felt like the meal was a little pricey at $13. Call me old fashioned (or just cheap,) but I'm struggling with paying over $10 for a fast food meal for 1. Mom liked the shrimp. On Friday, she asked for Captain D's shrimp by name, but when I got to the store, I saw that I could get 5 shrimp and 5 lobster bites for the same price as 10 shrimp. She LOVED the lobster bites! It'd be nice if she could get 10 lobster bites.“

“I liked it John my server was really nice..but I didn’t have a long wait for my food so one of the managers came over and gave me a dessert on the house! Well she didn’t tell the sever so when he asked me about dessert I said yeah of course,and he charged me for it. I got all the way home and noticed I was charged for my cheesecake I called and the manager apologized and said she would send out a gift card this was last month I have still haven’t received my gift card for the overcharge it’s all good I just won’t be back.“

They also served individual ban-chan (side dishes) which you can ask for another round. They have a good service and pretty fast in serving the food. The restaurant itself has an authentic vibe that you can’t complain!“

Their wings and fried rice combo is also a big hit among us. If you want some alcoholic drinks, I recommend the lychee soju ! You can share it with friends & it tastes soo good. I can't wait to try more items from the menu. It's also a plus that they're opened late, since everything seems to closed at 9 or 10. It's a small nice restaurant by a gas station but don’t get discouraged cause their large menu and food will have you coming back.“

“We love this hot pot place! All the vegetables and beef were fresh. We ordered the #1 angus beef hot pot with bone broth base and a side of udon and shrimp paste. Everything came out quickly and there was more than enough food. The sauce area was full of options. We love eating all the vegetables and meat first, then having them add more broth for the udon noodles and egg for a tasty leftover udon noodle soup. Delicious spot and very filling!“

“Took my better half here for his Birthday! ( mind you we live in Douglasville and it was ABSOLULEY worth the drive) We started at the bar and grabbed a drink until our reservation time. ( I had a Lemon drop Pineapple Mojito and He had a Bipo Beer) Then we were sat at our table. Had a super awesome server ( so sorry i forgot to write down your name) We started off with a wedge and a French onion soup. We ate about half and the just swapped rather than reaching back and forth over the table!
I got the coffee Filet with the whipped mash potatoes, He got the special - Horseradish Filet, with the au gratin potatoes. The horse radish had juuuust enough kick to taste good without lighting your sinuses on fire. We also got the broccoli, and the gouda mac n cheese to share. The steaks came out perfectly cooked, and sliced like a hot knife through butter. The Broccoli has a garlic butter on it that was delicious. The whipped potatoes were the winner between them and the au gratin ( but still tasty) The mac and cheese had a nice crunch on the top, i cant put my finger on what it needed? salt maybe? but was still yummy. They boxed up the sides for us, and then brought us out 2 glasses of champagne and Crème Brule with candles in it! Good thing we found room in our dessert shelves to eat it, it was smnooth and creamy with a perfect Brule'd crust. We were SO beyond full at that point we went to walk around target. This place is most definitely worth the trip and the money. The service is attentive but not over bearing. Made for quite the birthday experience!“
