“Nyla and Isaiah at the Starbucks in Suwanee GA are absolutely amazing! Their professionalism, energy, and kindness make every visit enjoyable — true examples of excellent customer service.
However, the manager on duty could use more professionalism and training. She was wearing a hoodie over her head and came across as obnoxious and unapproachable, which took away from the otherwise great experience.
Starbucks corporate should definitely recognize Nyla and Isaiah, and ensure leadership reflects the same high standards they set.“
“The staff was extremely nice. Even being understaffed. I didn’t want to bring my drink back because it was the wrong temperature hot instead of cold. But the manager said no worries I was relieved and very satisfied. My drink also taste better than a Starbucks a few miles away I got yesterday Being that I’m from out of town.Little acts of kindness really do help peoples days. Thank you!!!!“
“I had a wonderful experience at this location. Emily, Ari, Kabah, and Cesar made me feel welcomed as soon as I stepped into this Starbucks location! Emily, Ari, Kabah, and Cesar made me wonderful drinks. The drink I got was a carmel latte and a maple brown latte. That latte tasted great! The wonderful service I received made me feel welcomed. I will definitely return to this location again.“
