“Upon arrival, I had to wait several minutes at the drive-through order/menu sign. When the cashier came back to the microphone, she was very apologetic. Placed an order for 10 piece family meal for which I had a coupon. The friendly cashier asked for the coupon number which I was able to find and provide. At that point, I was told that the restaurant did not have enough product for the requested meal. She calmly told me that she could mix some items to accomodate - which she did.The restaurant was out of practically everything chicken.“
