He sat with his friends at the table behind us drinking with no regard for his clients. Everyone in the restaurant was looking at them. Last time for my family and I, we are not returning.“

“My husband and I both got a 3 tender plate. I’m a wimp and got no-heat. The chicken breading was great and the chicken was moist. My husband asked for the Howlin’ heat level, but the cashier advised him to be careful, so he ended up with the next level down. He enjoyed it, but I think he’ll try the Howlin’ next time. The Mac & Cheese was very good and I’m kicking myself for not getting another fried apple pie.“

Sour cream was extra charge though. 2 tacos entree was decent size and came with rice & beans.. $8. Friendly server and counter and glass area was pretty kept up. No line either, So fast service.“

“We popped in after a long day hauling heavy furniture, and while the line was slow, the workers was an absolute angel! So kind even when she had another customer yelling at her for a refund because they didn't have any chips ready and no salsa bar in the middle of a pandemic (they did eat their entire meals though). Food was tasty and fresh. Be advised that they are a bit understaffed so the line was a bit slow, but they handled it brilliantly. One foodservice worker to another, y'all are great, keep it up!“
“I have to give this establishment an A+ 5 star rating. I ran into an issue for the 1st time earlier this week in store and Jonathan quickly reached out to grasp understanding on what happened. Once acknowledged he put in effort to make it right going out his way for my concern to be addressed properly. The staff also made it worth while on changing the experience I’ll definitely be eating here again. My family loves this place !“
