“We went late, with a large order. The dining room was closed, but the drive thru was still open. The cashier at the window was polite and friendly. The workers I could see behind her were working quickly to get our order together, with no fuss or grumbling (except for the guy that was stopped from completing his closing cleaning tasks to help on the grill, but I completely understand why he was unhappy). My order (for 7 people, including desserts) was completed quickly and with no issues. Thank you for the great service.“

“Usually when I go to Bojangles the drive thru worker is usually just not nice at all. No kind of customer service, they don’t speak nor do they say thank you just rude! But this mourning the new worker was very nice and she greeted me with kindness, very nice young lady! I asked was she new she said yes. Her name is Victoria! “Went there this evening and was welcomed several times over entering the door. Was trying to figure out what to order and was asked a few times by passing employees if I was ready to order. All the employees worked like a well oiled machine. The teamwork was very noticeably efficient and they didn’t huff and puff to help. Would highly recommended anyone to go to this super friendly atmosphere restaurant. Whatever you are doing at this restaurant please keep it up!“
