“Thursday afternoon I visited the restaurant and the lady whom worked there, I believe her name is Missy if I recall correctly, did her job above and beyond expectations which really made the overall experience a joy during a busy day. My granddaughter felt special that day when she would usually be intimated around other people in a busy crowded place. However Missy made her feel like she was the most important person in the world at that moment and now she insist upon our return to visit not only the chain restaurant, but that exact location. Great job! If you're passing through Griffin and want a good meal, I suggest stopping by and eating there. It's worth the visit and the food was very well prepared also. My compliments to all.“

“Normally I give this Dairy Queen a five star, HOWEVER. My husband and I went through the drive through and ordered 2 Large turtle blizzard add strawberry Blizzard $17.29 later , we got home NO strawberry (which is extra $) and normally I would let it go however I paid way to much to not get it the way we wanted, as well as about a third of the cup at the bottom was completely just white ice cream, Ohhh and I should’ve known something was up when they didn’t do the turn upside down thingy that they do and had a top on it and no receipt as well, anyways so I called and spoke to a really nice young girl and she said the that owner wasn’t in (he also owns Marco’s Pizza) that he wouldn’t be in until next week. She asked if I would like to speak to the shift manager and I said sure she said okay he’s right here, I heard him say something and she said ohh I’m sorry he said that he’s really busy right now and she said do you want to call back later…. Well it was wild that he said he was to busy, but in My mind I was like okay, as a manager (which I have been before) you are to ask for the Customers name and number for YOU to call back and make it right , this guy was a real gem 🤦🏻‍♀… so I’m hoping that the Owner sees this and handles maybe giving the guy a class on proper management responsibilities and actions towards customers!

The decor takes me back to the show Happy Days with the Fonz (Henry Winkler). They even feature a stuffed cool cow on a motorcycle set at eye level for everyone to see & admire. Of course the entire Team is awesome! It’s our home away from home. It’s an experience you don’t want to miss!“

“When we got there they were only two gentlemen working they gave us great service and the food was great. While we were dining a young crew come in and the gentlemen left. One had hair down to her knees which I know is not within health code. They just stood around and loudly talked after we cleared our table we said y'all have a good day they looked at us like we were intruding on their conversation. So glad we got there before their shift started in the older gentlemen took care of us.“

Her presence is commanding and you can tell that the customers (she calls most by their names, real friendly) and her staff respects her. “This was one of the Few BEST restaurant dinning experience I’ve had in a long time. Great Service, Delicious Food. They were getting busy at the lunch hour but was Very efficient and provided quick service. THANK YOU ‼️“

“This restaurant has a small dining area with a row of seats at a high top counter and maybe four more wooden tables with metal chairs. You order at the counter and your food is delivered to you. The menu is tacos, burritos, Tortas and nachos. The tacos are street style. I had tacos al pastor and a fish taco. The al pastor had raw onion, cilantro and fresh pineapple slivers. It was delicious and cost just $2.50. The fish taco was served with cabbage and a mayonnaise peppery sauce. I liked it a lot but the al pastor was my favorite. There were two other customers in the dining area and one appeared to have a generous sized burrito. They were out of al fresco so I had a bottle of water which was a bit pricey I thought. It would be nice to have tap water as an option. They also served Coke products and Mexican Coke and other sodas but no alcohol. The al pastor would pair well with a Corona. They have a drive thru window. The place is new and I hope they make it as the tacos I had were very tasty and I plan to return and try more. They have beef tongue, beef cheek, pork carnitas, chorizo, shrimp and vegetable tacos.“

“Food & service is usually good. Today, my JBC didn't have any bacon on it. Also, shouldn't a Baconator have more than 1 piece of bacon broke in 3 pieces? Isn't the reason it's called a Baconator because it's supposed to have a lot of bacon on it?“

“Often people call to complain or write reviews to complain but I just wanted to take a moment to give thanks and appreciation to this location!! We ordered a 12 piece family meal and when I tell you EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! The food was hot, the coleslaw was cold the biscuits were fluffy and fresh! The customer service was on point and we as a family wanted to just say thank you!! Everyone is full and happy! No pictures were taken bc we ate it all!! Lol“

“This is the best Subway in Griffin. I've been to this location several times and my sandwich is always delicious. The bread is super soft, the toppings are crisp and fresh , unlike some of the other locations. It doesn't take much to keep everything fresh and clean so that your customers with come back because of excellent customer service. Go visit the Subway on the highway across from Walmart.“

“Not sure what the girls name is but she was left all by herself and handled every single customer with ease, and quickness. It only took her about 10 minutes to get to me and I have like 2 people before me. She did amazing and honestly deserves some type of promotion or raise. Amazing customer service from her. This location has the best management and employees. They remember my name and greet me in such a friendly manner, every single time. I know the food will always be prepared and cooked with care.

“I am not one to do "reviews" but I had to this time. the past few times I have been to this Zaxby's have been wonderful experiences....service was friendly, fast (drive-thru), and the food great. Today...they knocked it out of the park! I went at lunchtime (12:23 I believe it was when I pulled in) and had my food and leaving by 12:30pm. Drive-thru associates (Daniel & a girl that starts with "A") were so pleasant and the food today is the best I have gotten at ANY Zaxby's in a couple years! Do yourself a favor...forget about the past service and give them another chance!“
