“Me and my sister can't eat meat because of our religion which is slightly upsetting cuz we lowkey wanted pizza with pepperoni and stuff but can't so we thought why not get a delicious tuna sub from subway that would be nice! WRONG!! Not only did y'all NOT toast our sandwiches but there's literally NO TUNA. Like it realy seemed like y'all just slapped a spoonful onto the bread and called it a day. I've had a horrible day and was really looking forward to this and I'm literally on the verge of tears. But I still chose to give you guys 4 stars because imma hope your day was worse than mine to make a sandwich like that so just please do better???“

““Brah… the Bolo Sub is straight-up ono!”
No lie — this thing’s got all the meats. Like, if the deli counter threw a party and invited everyone, the Bolo showed up hungry. Fresh bun, saucy in all the right places, and served with that Ohana-style aloha. (Be sure to ask for extra sauce)
You bite in and it’s like, “Ho, I not sharing this.”

“This subway is great. The owner is so nice, smiley and pretty, She is very generous and offered to cover us when we were a little short.. Actually she insisted.. The food tastes fresh and it's really fast. We love coming here when we work in the neighborhood. It tastes like subway should! It's literally a Sand Island gem. Thank you Janet! “I've been there multiple times, they've gotten to know me and regularly ring up my order in record times. I've never had any complaints with the food. The only problem is that one of the ladies who works there often messes up orders, but you can see it as they ring it in so you can correct her. They're all really friendly.“

“Normally, I don't tip at fast food restaurants 🍔🚫, but this time I did because of the amazing customer service 🌟. The girl with glasses 🤓 did a fantastic job ✅ — she was so genuine, authentic, and kind 💖. She asked simple questions ❓ just to make sure all my needs were met ✅.

This branch was much cleaner 🧼✨ than most of the Subways I’ve visited before. It wasn’t crowded 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️, had plenty of parking 🚗🅿️, and the food was up to the usual Subway standard 🥪.

“It’s been years since anyone reviewed this place so I’ll briefly share my experience.The Korean lady (likely the owner) who helped me was extremely helpful and patient with me while I took forever to decide on a sandwich.She carefully and neatly crafted my sandwich. And while not being generous with the toppings, she wasn’t stingy either. It’s been nearly a decade since I’ve been to a subway, and I wouldn’t hesitate to patronize this location again if I had a craving for a cheap sandwich.“

“First time ordering online at this Subway, went rather smoothly. Located inside the NEX mini mart by the bowling alley on Pearl Harbor. Transaction went smoother than the last time I ordered online from a Subway in Aiea (had to wait 15 minutes for the order since they were shorthanded 😥)

Ordered two BMT Footlongs online using the bogo code and with a pickup time of 1030am and when I arrived it was waiting for me at the counter🤙

Lady was a bit confused when i told them online pick up with my name but showed them a screenshot of the order paid in full and she packaged it up. 4 stars👍“

“A few days ago, my son and I went to the pearl bridge center. The parking lot was spacious and the store was cool and clean. I often eat Subway, but I have never seen a place that is as clean and fresh as here, especially bread. The staff members always greet me kindly. I asked the staff and they said they always bake bread on the early every morning. My son loves cookies here so much. I'm going to come more often in the future.

“Arrived at the shop where there were about eight customers in line and two workers behind the counter. The two ladies were fast and friendly to everyone so the line moved really quickly. We ordered two kids meals, a six-inch cold cut and loaded potato soup.One of the ladies helping us replaced the kids meal “toy” with a choice of chips or cookie and swapped the boxed drink/milk for a fountain drink since our kids were on the older side. She also saved us a little money by making the sandwich and soup into a meal combo. We sat in cold AC to enjoy our food while good 80’s music played. Tables and floors were clean so all was good!“

“Always fast, polite service during lunch rush. Writing this review to commend the staff. Lady in front of me was talking into the glass then yelling when workers didn't make it correctly. Workers did a great job of responding politely even though the lady was verbally abusive to the employees. Rude lady started dropping the names of 'Subway owners', asking if 'so-and-so' still owned this Subway and named 3 separate names as owners. Had ridiculous requests that are not allowed, such as asking for more meat, and scoffing when the workers still adhered to her request. Asked for pepper after the sandwich was wrapped and in her hands. If you are going to to have ridiculous requests and be a pain to somebody making your food, go next door to the grocery store and grab some mayonnaise and bread and make your own food.“

My brother loves to try new things so he asked Aaron make him his favorite sub exactly how he would make it for himself and he made a bomb monster sub and told him that he had to have it with cool ranch Doritos. As a business owner myself I appreciated his salesmanship and upsales in explaining that if he's gonna have it his way he's gotta have Doritos which convinced us to make it a meal.“
