“This is the kind of food you obsess about for decades after eating it! Our family shared two platters of Braddah Hutts’ juicy, tender, sweet & smoky bbq chicken and pork, perfectly balanced with creamy macaroni salad and rice — huge portions served with friendly good humor. And I’m already dying to go back to try the ribs, the fish, the pasta, and the banana bread!

We have eaten all over the world, do a lot of our own cooking, and are super picky re what constitutes good food. Echoing all the other five star reviews here, I have to say that this was an amazing meal that we will be raving over and dreaming about for years to come.

And thank you so much to the chef owner who served us a huge mound of macaroni salad with an even bigger grin, when I told him how much our kids loved Hawaiian macaroni salad. That really made our day!“

“Had the Single Smash Burger and added bacon...man, it was good!! If you're thinking about getting the double, you better be hungry! Understanding that everything is pricey in Hawaii, this place was even more so...4 of us spent $200 (including tip) for burgers and fries. The service was good - Jay gets 5 stars, but he took over for the server who sat us and she was not very attentive. Atmosphere was phenomenal as we were overlooking the ocean as we ate. If you take the Highway to Hana, this is a good rest stop before heading back.“

“Breakfast at The Restaurant at The Hana Maui Resort is fantastic. The food is delicious, service excellent and setting is amazing. Expect typical resort prices, but well worth the money.

Currently they only serve breakfast because unfortunately there’s not enough customers to support lunch or dinner. However, the Hana Ranch restaurant, also owned by the resort, makes up for that.

If you get a chance to eat here, and don’t mind splurging a little bit, definitely make the effort.“
