I was helped by Daniel over the phone to help confirm my online order of 100 wings. He was really helpful and even called me back as promised to confirm it all. This type of follow through and care at any food service business should for sure be rewarded. Buffalo Wild Wings earned itself a long time patron thanks to Daniel!
Well I've been there twice recently and I don't recommend anyone especially tourists. The service was disappointing the second time I had to wait for my food and when it came it was cold already. Beware of the servers they charged one of their regulars bill to my debit card! I'm currently dealing with the management which is a joke... never offered any compensation for the matter only said they look into it. Only thing I recommend is get your banks app for your phone...
