Rating just the cookies—got the caramel biscoff, cereal, and s’mores cookies. They were all delicious boneless style cookies (crispy edges, soft and gooey interior). If you only get one, get the caramel biscoff.
When it comes to price, these cookies are honestly pretty expensive—almost $6 a pop. Even crumbl is going to be a dollar or two cheaper, but of course this place is just a small business.

The Bag of Cookies is a nice pick me up. They are a cute shop and also sell dog treats.

Edible is a cozy spot located on the bottom floor, easily accessible with limited parking on site or nearby street parking. Despite its small size, the restaurant offers big flavors, especially in its variety of cookies. The chocolate chip cookies are simple yet addictive, crunchy on the edges and chewy inside, not too sweet, and come in mini bags perfect for a quick treat. It is the best cookie on island, chewy, crispy, and flavorful, with a variety of options from chocolate chip, s'mores, cereal inspired cookies, and Matcha Oreo. They also have milkshakes, soft serve, and sundaes where you get both ice cream and a cookie combined. Warm, freshly baked cookies are available in small batches, and the smell of baked goods makes the place inviting. Many visitors come specifically for the addicting mini Bag of Cookies. Edible is a must-visit for cookie lovers, especially those craving nostalgic, chewy, and crunchy cookies. Parking is shared with the other tenants of the shopping center nearby.
