For a college student of UHM, you've either got the option of dining at Hale Aloha or Gateway when you're near the residence halls. Either option is fine in the way they provide a range of different plates with their buffet style serving. Gateway Cafe is pretty good for dorm food. I enjoy the smoothies they give out in the mornings, as well as the attempts to spice things up here and there with the food. The staff is also wonderful.
