If you are in the downtown area and are not uptight with the cultured scenery, stop by Hong Kong Noodle House, located on the first floor of the Chinatown Cultural Plaza. Garage parking is paid by the hour, and is plentiful. It's unfortunate that this once busy plaza has turned into a ghost town, but thankfully the restaurants who were thriving pre-Covid are still hanging around. One of my buddy wanted to take my sister and brother-in-law and myself out for lunch . He recommended Hong Kong Noodles House. I told him oh that sounds great I never been there and I was looking forward . A friend of Craig T. (Gino) took us out to lunch at HKNH. He wanted us to try their made in house noodles. Craig T was kind enough to pick me and my wife up. The restaurant is located in the cultural plaza with the entrance facing Nuuanu Steam. I ordered the beef tendon and pigs feet. This was served over a bed of the house noodles.
