“This review is based on the drive thru.The service here is much better than the Beretania location, plus the lines are not as long as the Beretania location, and they actually have what I want to order unlike the Beretania location.We have not had any problems with our order being wrong but that doesn''t stop us from checking every time before we leave. The customer service is also much more friendlier than the other locations that we've been to.“
“Day shift staffing was only 3 workers. Dining room was closed. Drive thru was slow but these 3 workers DESERVE A RAISE for doing an outstanding job for the owners of this location. The workers changed the customers attitude from frustration and anger to understanding and empathy. Kudos to those 3 workers.“
“Grandchildren will love the cheesy rolls. Plus they cook it upon your ordering. Someone who's vegetarian or vegan will find something there to eat.Parking: There's alot of homeless people around so keep your windows locked and doors.“
“Volcano menu is finally back!!!!I've been waiting years for them to bring the volcano menu back and it's finally here! I used to get volcano tacos almost everyday after work when it first came out and i've been waiting ever since then for it to come back. So of course i was so excited to finally get it again but sadly it wasn't as good as before. The taco shell seemed stale and there was barely any sauce. I tried 2 different locations to see if it was just that one but still no luck.“
“Honolulu used to have 3 Taco Bells. This one, Kapahulu, and Kapiolani/McCully. After Kapiolani permanently closed, there has always been an insane line here. Expect this to be a 45 minute experience. The food is consistent, my order has always been correct. I mean it’s Taco Bell you know what you’re gonna get. But 2 Taco Bells is not enough Taco Bell’s per capita to support Honolulu. I’ve been inside, they’ve got as many employees as would fit back there working as hard as they can. They have just been setup for failure. Also it would be cool if when you mobile order and come into the store to pickup, that they call your name when it’s done instead of putting it on the shelf and making you get one of their attention to ask if that is yours.“
“The dine in option has been closed the last few times I’ve come. So I had to eat in my car. Not the biggest deal but I saw numerous others try to walk to get inside the building before they saw the sign that the interior was closed due to them being short of staff.“
“after two visits to the Taco Bell on Valkenburg road, I found that staff were polite, friendly as well as consistent and their sanitary practices in the kitchen as well as their lobby. Staff are consistently engaged in business related activities as well as considerate conversations while they work.“
