It's unfortunate that we only have one Teapresso location in Hawaii Kai. The drinks are good but unfortunately the service is lacking. I have been here several times but they give me the impression that they don't appreciate my business. A smile and thank you goes a long way to making the experience spectacular, but I guess they come from a different Service background.
This Teapresso does not have the full menu of other Teapressos, particularly the li hing & spicy slushes. I ordered the very popular li hing pineapple slush - they don’t have it here. Also ordered brown sugar milk tea - they didn’t have brown sugar today. On a Wednesday. At 3:00 pm.

The coffee that I got was not taste any good. I’m a barista with long time experience, so I know how does coffee supposed to taste like. Plus they place containers with ether coffee and tea right on top of brewing machine such has very hot surface and for sure spoiled the insides of the containers.Their coffee shop is over cluttered with staff, so doesn’t look nice and clean.
