“This place hides in back of a parking lot surrounded by food trucks. The place itself is a shack, it is the Ford Fiesta of food trucks. Only one dish served, with five choices of topping: Bingsu with chocolate, mango, strawberry, pineapple, or melon.

A cup of frozen sweet cream that has been shaved to the fineness of powdered sugar with alternating layers of your topping, and a scoup of vanilla ice cream on top.

Light, delicious, and exceptionally refreshing in the hot humid afternoon. Wife and I shared one serving with pineapple and it was plenty.”

“I got the Lau Lao and Kahlua pig. I had garden salad and substituted. A second garden salad for my rice. Salad was fantastic. They were some nice greens, not cheap iceberg. The Lau Lau was fantastic. The pork was flavorful and melt in your mouth. The Kahlua pig was just as flavorful. Also came in a bowl that I washed and reused for a picnic later.”

“Fresh, delicious, and kind! We went for an order of rice for our cranky toddler and ended up ordering a friend Onu. The food was fresh and good. The mac salad was perfect and the fish with its sauce was simply amazing. ”

“Got the Chicken street taco plate, medium salsa, and it was pretty good, the ultimate judge being my son who ate most of it. Good fresh ingredients, great tortillas and sauce, service was mostly just pointing to a sign to share what you wanted. Of the three places we ate (here, Giovanni’s, and Huli Huli chicken) in this food truck area, I’d call this the best one of the three, would def eat here again.”

“Very solid food truck. It’s on the edge of the market so it’s a little bit more relaxed and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s right by the highways so not perfect ambience but definitely doable. The food is great, not exactly like food in Thailand because of the difference in ingredients but very close. All around solid option.”

“Staying at the turtle bay resort for our honeymoon and have been trying all the restaurants. Came here for drinks and a beautiful sunset! The service was friendly and very good. My husband got a lava flow with a rum float on top. We enjoyed drinks from the same bar all day at the pool. We went back for dinner the next night. We went around 7:30 and it wasn’t too busy. We actually took out food to go as we had a long day. The bar tender was very friendly and our food came extremely quick! I ordered the mahi mahi fish tacos from the small plates menu and my husband had the double smash burger with fries. I didn’t get a picture of the burger cause my husband devoured it- he loved it ! The tacos come with 2 and a third can be added for $10, but two was enough for me. Doesn’t come with a side. The fish is delicious ! Highly recommend for food and or drinks and great beach views!”

“Cute, casual, open-air place with shaded seating. Friendly, easygoing atmosphere. Shave ice is a bowl of loosely flaked ice with sweet flavored syrup, eaten with a spoon and straw. Refreshing on a hot day. Our vegan family got "ice only" fruit flavors, hence vegan ($4 a bowl). I enjoyed my combo pineapple and li hing (salted dried plum) shave ice. Vegetarians and omnivores can gild the lily by adding (dairy) ice cream and topping ($7 a bowl I think). I was tempted to get some fresh tropical fruit, also for sale, but skipped it. We saw other folks getting cut coconuts and pineapples with straws to drink the juice. Mango and other local sliced fruit was also available. A half dozen souvenir shops are in the same little parking area. The most upscale was the sea glass art shop, with works by local artists. Other shops sell tshirts, swim wear, jewelry, etc. Updated from previous review on 2022-12-28”

“Grateful for Sarah with a k best bartender so full of Hawaiian aloha I've been on the island for over 4 years Sunday October 26th what happened to be on the North Shore at Turtle Bay giving a friend on Island Tour we also got to enjoy the sunset amazing live music they were also having a contest for costume surfing I shared the video on YouTube I am never leaving the island when I take my last breath it will be on this soil I will definitely be visiting every time I am on the North Shore this has become my favorite spot favorite atmosphere and definitely my favorite bartender Mahalo till we meet again”

“Some of the best coffee we’ve tried so far on the north shore. The cold brew was great. No bitterness at all and very flavorful. The mac nut latte was perfectly done. They also have a coconut pineapple muffin that was delightful.”
