“I ordered delivery on the website and somehow it switched me to pickup. I called the store and they canceled the order and suggested I re-order via tge website. Place my order. On about 5 minutes the panda guy calls me back. The driver just picked up my order. Yay, what service! 45 minutes later no delivery and I'm 7 minutes away. I call back. Get a woman who investigates. The Door Dash driver picked up my order then canceled it!!.She calls door dash to see what's up and to get my order delivered. After a while, I call back. She's been on hold the whole time. Must be at least 40 minutes and no answer. It's been almost 3 hrs since my order. Really upset with door dash. But very impressed with pandas.“

I ordered with some extra of one thing and none of another, so he wanted to make sure it was done right. I really appreciated that. Food tasted amazing and was just as I had requested!“
