We were regulars to Maui Mike's before covid, but this is our first time being back since then and I have to say I'm quite impressed with the continued quality of the food and service.[FOOD] The CHICKEN today was hot and juicy, and the flavors were amazing. I especially love playing with the different sauces. The coleslaw is good but after dabbing some LAVA SAUCE on it made it so much more awesome! Loved this place, a small shop that is basically set up for to go orders. They do have a few booths, but I would say 99% of their business is carryout. The chicken we ordered was crispy on the outside but juicy and tasty throughout. We ordered whole chickens for 6 and were not disappointed. I did not order enough hot sauce a mistake I will not make again. Loved the amount of food we received for the price we paid.Parking: On site and plenty of parking throughout the shopping center.
On our way to the Dole plantation, my family and I decided to stop in for a bite to eat! Parking is available in the plaza next door. The restaurant is a made to order establishment, so food is guaranteed to be fresh. My sister and I opted for a Mike’s Melt with a side of baked beans and cole slaw.
