“Absolutely delicious and excellent meal. The Hotate Nigiri melts in your mouth. All ingredients were so fresh and exquisite! The Maguro Tataki sashimi was also very flavorful and had a perfect sear. We also got the Spider Roll and the Kihei Roll — both were perfectly crafted and delicious. Presentation and service were excellent. Definitely coming back again!“

“Last meal in Maui last night.i had the best slow roasted beef short ribs and I smoke meats at home in Connecticut. So delicious. My common law wife had a Eggplant dish that she also loved. Service was quick and friendly. No reservation needed. Walked in at 7pm on a Friday.“

“If you come to Maui this is definitely a place to enjoy a home cooked breakfast or lunch. I’m here from Utah for 7 days and my son took me there. Excellent atmosphere. And the food was delicious at a reasonable price.“

“My wife is a soba connoisseur. This is mainly because she is very picky about her food. She loved the soba noodles, and I did too - though I am not a connoisseur. It's obvious from the bite of the noodles that it's made with 100% buckwheat. I especially enjoyed the black cod, and the crunch of the toasted buckwheat on the spicy tuna rolls. The lighting, decor, ambience, and crockery were all clearly thoughtfully selected. Service was also very warm. Soba, good people, and great ambience. What's not to like!“

“Spent an evening in Kihei from Lahaina, and stopped here for a bite to eat before a concert. The happy hour for locals lasts all day and night, they have great specials for food and drinks. Especially enjoyed our server Walter, he was awesome! Thank you for a great time“

“What a lovely gem in Paia. Great location and very warm and inviting. Services was really good and very friendly. The sushi was really tasty, my husband had that and me as a vegetarian had the Blackend Tofu. I realize food is pricey in Maui however charging the same for the tofu dish as fresh fish was a bit much. But it was and excellent dish.“
