I am a sticker for food presentation as well and they did this excellently as well. I ate the fresh flowers garnished on the top of my soup and dessert while sipping my smoothie. “Best taco outside of Boyle Heights in east LA! Autentico! They put their heart into their cooking and it shines through. Have eaten here many times and have sampled the entire menu. Where do I begin? Tuesday's birria offering is truly one of the best things I've ever eaten. Crunchy, cheesy, meaty and loaded with flavor. This is birria like your abuela used to make. Friday things get interesting. Offerings range from fried battered fish and shrimp, to carnitas (for $3!), tender and flavorful carne asada, exotics like chicken mole, lingua, barbacoa, chicken or ricotta taquitos. There are others but these stand out. My personal favorite is the shrimp, generous portion where there is a big piece of shrimp in every bite. I say that you can go to Taco Aina and get one taco and be full, but you'll buy a second (third or fouth) because they are so delicious. Cute set up off the highway, gives you the feel of Mexico with its bright colors and interesting knick knacks. Order taking staff is friendly and helpful, cook is busy! This is not fast food, it is good flavorful food prepared as fast as possible. If it's busy be prepared to wait - it will be worth it!“

“We had another dinner and breakfast in Volcano and both were disappointing. THIS dinner was delicious. This $16 dinner was MUCH better than the night before’s $33 dinner at another establishment. Kind, quick, and tasty! They do sell out of stuff near the end of the night, but I didn’t have an issue with that.“
