“First time ordering online at this Subway, went rather smoothly. Located inside the NEX mini mart by the bowling alley on Pearl Harbor. Transaction went smoother than the last time I ordered online from a Subway in Aiea (had to wait 15 minutes for the order since they were shorthanded 😥)

Ordered two BMT Footlongs online using the bogo code and with a pickup time of 1030am and when I arrived it was waiting for me at the counter🤙

Lady was a bit confused when i told them online pick up with my name but showed them a screenshot of the order paid in full and she packaged it up. 4 stars👍“

“While on the beach after watching the sunset we decided on a snack before heading back to our hotel. Right behind the Army Museum on the beach were a series of fast food type establishments. We chose the Subway. They were beginning to clean up to close for the night but stopped everything and prepared a delicious sandwich for my wife and I to enjoy. The young ladies on duty were polite, professional and very happy to serve us. Subway has two great employees.“

“I've been waiting a long time to try them during my visits to O'ahu, and I'm glad I did! Not only did I get to try their classic katsu flavor, but their new Spam Katsu as well! The owner and staff are all incredibly nice and you can always find them at the Kaka'ako Farmers Market on saturdays with their food truck setup!

“This subway is great. The owner is so nice, smiley and pretty, She is very generous and offered to cover us when we were a little short.. Actually she insisted.. The food tastes fresh and it's really fast. We love coming here when we work in the neighborhood. It tastes like subway should! It's literally a Sand Island gem. Thank you Janet! One last customer walked and in and Mike invited him in with a warm professional attitude and it was refreshing! My Bf forgot my cookies, Mike overheard and came back to the register when he could have let it go because I clearly said “it’s okay, I’ll get cookies at 7/11” he took care of us and ringed us up promptly and again demonstrated great service. “Stopped by looking for some vegetarian food and found this place. I had tofu fried rice which was simple: rice, egg peas and tofu. The rice was fluffy, with some of the grains crunchy fried. It was piping hot and delicious. My husband had a pastrami sandwich and said it was very tasty and the bread perfect. Staff also lovely.“

“I've been there multiple times, they've gotten to know me and regularly ring up my order in record times. I've never had any complaints with the food. The only problem is that one of the ladies who works there often messes up orders, but you can see it as they ring it in so you can correct her. They're all really friendly.“

“The storefront was so clean and the customer service was top tier! It smelled like how Subways used to when the foot longs were still $5 lol. The ingredients all looked good, the helpings were the right size, and the sandwich tasted great. I wanted meatball marinara with fresh mozzarella and when the worker saw the sandwich that I was getting, she made sure to point out to me that the sandwich i wanted was cheaper as the combo on the board and asked if I wanted her to make it that way. I really appreciated that! I got chips but they didn’t try to upsell us on the meal after the first time we said no (which most other locations do and I hate). The subway in the mall is closer but we’ll definitely make this one our regular spot instead.“

“A few days ago, my son and I went to the pearl bridge center. The parking lot was spacious and the store was cool and clean. I often eat Subway, but I have never seen a place that is as clean and fresh as here, especially bread. The staff members always greet me kindly. I asked the staff and they said they always bake bread on the early every morning. My son loves cookies here so much. I'm going to come more often in the future.
