“Once again being from Hawaii ,Rockys in WAIPAHU is a must for breakfast and lunch. I've been going to Rockys since I was a kid. The ladies there are like aunties. And the 1 gentleman doesn't talk much but he's a great cook.
She's tucked away on Waipahu Depot St. Old school . Parking on weekends is a little hard to get, but you might get lucky road side.“

“This place was so surprisingly good, I'm happy we fell upon it. The food was excellent. Generous portions. Very welcoming and friendly staff. They accommodated our rather large group across two booths. It is definitely an old school diner style but I found it charming. They also gave us fruit snacks and cookies for our kiddos on our way out. I definitely recommend them if you are in the area.“

“This location typically opens at 10 am. FYI - If you come before 11 am the boba will NOT be ready yet. Save yourself some disappointment if you want boba and come after 11 ish, maybe even 11:30 just to be safe. When they do have boba it is a good texture. The taste of drinks here are comparable to other places, sometimes even better.“

“Can’t drive by going to home in Kunia without stopping at my fav Shave Ice Stand! The magic is in the syrups which make all the difference in the world!! Delicious fruity and real flavors, not too sweet.
A bonus is the 2 cutest guys serving the heavenly 3choices you get! Mine are Lilikoi Tamarin and Lychee. The ice is super fine like frozen Angel Dust and has become my simple addiction.
There are really delicious add ons but I prefer mine simple. Prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend stopping. Located next to Malasada wagon in Waikele Shopping Center.“
