“The soft-serve is pretty good. My only (very juvenile) complaint is the lack of toppings but I guess if the ice cream is good, you don't have to pile candy onto them. Didn't know they served food until we came in last weekend. Looks like there are separate counters depending on what you want to order. Limited seating. This is one of my required stops when passing through Carlisle 😊“

“I guess my review is going to upset some. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LOCATION. I am from out of state, so I have only been here twice. The first time was a few months ago, and then again today. Both times I was served by “the older lady” (as some call her). She is an absolute sweetheart, and reminds me of my own mother. She is always polite and always smiling. Now, don’t get me wrong, I was raised to RESPECT my elders. I speak to her as I would my own mother with “yes ma’am, no ma’am, please and thank you ma’am”. She, as with all humans, is very receptive to kind words and a calm, respectful attitude. I know that she is a perfectionist by her attention to detail, and checking everything twice… which I appreciate. People need to understand that people with anxiety and perfectionism can “seem” rude in their ways, but it isn’t the case at all. Please give her a break because she is out here killing it in the food industry. I admire her for living her best life. Thank you Subway lady for your impeccable and upbeat service. Me and my puppy appreciate you.“

“It’s hard to find good bánh mì in Iowa, but this place nails it. The bread is fresh and perfectly crusty, the fillings are flavorful and authentic, and every bite tastes like the real deal. You can tell they put care into balancing all the flavors and textures just right. Definitely worth the trip if you’re craving an authentic bánh mì experience.“

“We use a delivery app to get food from here often, it’s always great quality. I realize that delivery services can’t open your bag to see if it’s right but today I ordered my delivery and it was the completely wrong sandwich… I would’ve eaten it, but it had a few items on it that I just can’t stomach. I called the restaurant to let them know even though I know they can’t do anything since I went through a delivery service. The female answering the phone (manager?) was super nice about it and she knew which sandwiches got switched right away. I had to re-order on the delivery app, but she offered to personally bag my sandwich. She upgraded the sandwich size and tossed in a few coupons when she saw my order come through. This was really nice because even though the delivery service refunded my messed up sandwich, I had to re pay the delivery fee and the tip all over again to replace my order. Above and beyond!“

“When I first entered Subway there were already 4 people in line. The guy that was making the sandwiches went into the back room leaving the lady to not only finish serving the ones that had already ordered, but the ones that came in. She yelled at him to come back and help her. After about 15 minutes she had to go back there and tell him to get out there. I was in there 42 minutes from when I entered until I was walking out. Then when I got home one sandwich was completing wrong. First experience wasn't good.“

“The food here is great but if you order online and try to change the cheese, they remove it altogether. I’ve tried multiple times and even put it in the comments and still, my sandwich comes with no cheese at all. Just a heads up. Love the food here though.“

“I absolutely love this subway!!!! it’s always clean, and I absolutely enjoy the wonderful Daniela who always crafts my sandwich. Absolutely love her, and her adorable smile. Never had such great service in my entire life from an adolescent. If you ever go there and she’s making your sandwich make sure to tip her good!! she does fine work in that subway.“

“We ordered delivery since it's my day off and spending time with family. The food was yummy and the delivery driver was fast and nice. It was delivered through door dash her name is Danielle did a good job I'd give her 5 stars as well if I could“
