“SAM the store manager is one of the best customer facing employees I’ve ever met. He strives for excellence in his work environment. I came this evening to pick up an order and my order along with someone else’s, was stolen. Same was incredibly apologetic, communicative, and attentive while he remade our sandwhiches. Subway, you need to hire more people like Sam. You can tell he treats all of his customers with respect and kindness, this wasn’t a one off situation. SOMEONE, give this man a raise!!!!“

“I'll be honest. I went here years ago to experience something new. And I was very disappointed by the lack of friendly customer service then. The young man who served me was not very friendly at all, and screwed up my order, them proceeded to give me snark when I tried to help correct it. But recently, I met an employee and told them about the experience I'd had. They asked politely if I'd be willing to give it another try, so I did. And boy, was it a major difference this time around. The work staff was friendly, attentive, and very patient with me, even though I kept my order very basic. And considering how heavily populated it was in there, this was very refreshing. My food came out in mere minutes and it looked good and tasted phenomenal. Overall, the experience was excellent. I will be back again, no doubt. Congrats, J.J's. You've earned back a customer.“

“Excellent sandwiches. Our baby loves to eat the baguettes every time we go. The vegetarian one is really good and my husband loves the pork belly banh mi.“

“No matter what you order it will be tasty! Love that you can order half and half on the sweet potato and traditional french fries. They have seating upstairs and downstairs. Prices are reasonable. Its always busy but they get food out fast! Dont forget to grab a sweet treat when you are there!“

“I was just passing through this city and specifically stopped to get a Firehouse sub. We don't have it where I live anymore and I remember how great it was. The food was fresh. The meatball is the best. Bathrooms weren't very clean though. Other than that, great food“

“Food was Subway food, so no surprise there. The staff were helpful and nice. They all wore mask while working. The problem was the other patrons. Apparently they think they don't need to care for others as most of them didn't wear any masks. I don't blame Subway for that.“
