“I had the BEST French Dip sandwich I have ever had right in Grinnell, Iowa at the Frontier Cafe !! It had the perfect Au Jus, and that is very important to having a wonderful French Dip . It had great tasting sliced roast beef a perfect hoagie bun. Mine had mushrooms onions provolone cheese cooked to perfection!! It's a spacious restaurant and I love the service and the perfect diner interior.If you are ever close to Grinnell stop in and enjoy their many wide ranging menu items from breakfast to dinner . I believe you will enjoy it!!”

“I was kind of skeptical that we would find good Mexican in the middle of Iowa but happily surprised by this spot! Nice ambiance in what looks like a converted rail road station. Guac and salsa were just ok but the entrees were really good and also quite fairly priced.”

“What a fun environment and selection of beers and some liquor. They were fantastic we were there for my friend’s wedding reception and singing. The owner made sure the best man and the wedding party was taken care of. I would recommend Grinnell Craft Brewhouse.”

“Husband went for the "Best" Tenderloin. Meh. Nice think loin, but no seasoning in the breading. Sweet potato fries are amazing! I ordered MVP burger, cooked medium, with over easy egg. Hamburger cooked medium well and egg was hard fried. This ruined the whole egg drizzling over burger thing. Portions were good, great atmosphere. Very attentive waitress!”

“Thought I would try this place a second time as the first time around the food was not great. Order through doordash with zero delivery charge and paid $35.87 for this small amount of food. Hard to tell how little it really is for the price based on this picture but I fit a quarter pounder American Burger with Fry Basket a side of cheese balls on one plate, (cheeseballs were over $8) and a shake. If the prices were better I may consider going back but this is crazy! To put size in perspective this is the sack all the food was delivered in.”

The wait staff, especially Ebbonie and Jezeila, have always greeted us with genuine smiles and a sincere desire to make our visits memorable. I highly recommend their pizza, the New York strip, and my wife loves their Shrimp! They know who we are because we always wear Ohio State gear! Go Lucky's and Go Bucks!!!”

“The owner does a wonderful job of running this business, making sure people are having a relaxing time/atmosphere. The people who go here were just here for a fun and relaxing time as well. It's nice to be able to have a place to socialize which is safe! We hung out and played pool, hung out with the bar's cat, and met a family. It was nice to see people out, socializing, together.”
