“Food is always delicious! I went in after work on Mother’s Day to take home 3 orders of shrimp fajitas and the patio and tables inside were packed. Despite staff being very busy, I still got my order in 15 min and one of the teens working at the register checked on me while I waited to see if I needed anything. I’ve always had excellent service. The margaritas are delicious as well!“

“Might be biased but I absolutely love this place. I’ve been to many different Pancheros and this one just always seems to hit the spot. The place itself is a little dry but I guess we have to be the ones to entertain ourselves sometimes or else you might just be boring. 9.7/10 definitely recommend!!“

“I just ate here. The employee who took my order was friendly, prompt and very sweet. My food came out quickly fresh and hot. The kitchen staff were working together well and I couldn't hear any fighting or inappropriate language. The restaurant was clean and well kept. Last week I went to McDonald's on nw urbandale dr and the experience was just the opposite. They need to take a lesson from this Taco John's on customer service and fresh food!“

“The food here is adequate for what you'd expect from a fast food taco place. The ingredients aren't the healthiest or the best tasting. But they're Potato Oleas are hands down there signature side that helps them stand out and keeps you coming back for more.“
