“Stopped by on a Saturday night after 9 pm. They weren't very busy, and the guy taking the orders made us feel welcome by chatting with us.It was nice to be able to dine in as the dining room is open.Decent food and service make this an enjoyable chain restaurant to visit.Was disappointed to find out they've stopped putting olives in the super burrito. It's not very super anymore.“

“We headed to Jimmy John's to grad a quick dinner while staying in Grinnell. We used the drive thru service. The staff were friendly and efficient. Our order was delivered quickly and accurately though we had to remind the window about getting a cup of ice. The food -- both a sandwich and a wrap -- were very good. We had an $8 bill. It was a good Jimmy John's experience.“

“Just at the drive-thru 20 minutes ago. Good food, my only issue is the employees need training on how to read the cups! I ordered a large pop & they gave me a medium. Please train them to look at the words below the L & M. The L on my cup is for McCafe, Shake. Orange Juice & Frozen!“
