Go to the one near I-80!! They're great every time. This one has a bunch of mostly unsupervised kids working who just don't realize what they're doing wrong. They don't honor corporate coupons and deals but will blame the app or corporate when they get orders wrong. When you order for a certain time, they make your food early and let it get cold or stale. They'll substitute ingredients and bread without checking or letting you know. Just skip the hassle with a good one nearby!

Visited on 12/6/23 between 4:30-4:45pm. Had ordered a footlong Chicken Teriyaki. High school kid behind the counter that seems to be under trained... puts the chicken and cheese on the sub then asks if I wanted toasted; Stated: "no" then he just moves the sub to the veggie section... I state to him: "don't you need to microwave the meat", takes the meat off the sub and pops it in the microwave. Everytime i stop here the service is spot on quick, and the employees are smart, kind and very welcoming. This is my choice in the town of Grinnell. I get flatbread sandwiches and they have never not heated the flatbread. Perhaps the review above is an anomoly. i have never had unsatisfactory service here. By the way it is very clean. On these hot days nothing is better than something like i just had. Yum delish!
