“1st was, I got to pull forward out the drive thru to make me think your cooking 2 fish sandwiches fresh. nope. 3 min drive home and cold. 2nd, I recommend you come in and see the two inch height advantage the TV version has on the one you sell other places. I call those fish a stamped fish Patty like McDonald's has but 1.25oz bigger. but I'm good lesson learned, try the day crew next. still love the meats!“

“Took my kiddos out for a lunch date and chose Steel Plow because of how amazing their milkshakes looked and we were not disappointed. I had the Mahi Mahi Tacos and I will definitely get them again! We opted for the sundaes rather than the milkshakes and, again, were not disappointed. It has to be so fun to hear the kids get all excited when they see these masterpieces! Coleen was our server and she was very nice and attentive to her tables 🥰 we will definitely be going back!“

Thinking a slim chance it would still be there I took a chance and called and to my surprise it was there! “Food is pretty consistent which is good, better quality than most local Chinese places. I've never experienced any rudeness from staff and I probably eat there at least 3 times a month. Sometimes there is a wait but I'm willing to wait for fresh food (10-15) minutes, but most of the time its quick.“

“The woman working tonight was amazing, she was so sweet and made my sandwich perfectly, just how I asked. It was really close to closing time and she had a long line but her attitude did not change once. She was polite to everyone, She wore gloves and changed them when needed, & she made me a delicious sandwich!! “Ordered online. Order was ready when I arrived 5 minutes early. They’re always fast here and the sandwich is always good. Today, they put the lid and straw for my drink inside my cup next to my sandwich. Gross. Who knows who handled that straw. I don’t believe it’s a requirement to wear gloves while stocking wrapped straws. Another customer’s dirty hand could have touched that straw while grabbing one for themselves. Just gross. Also, there were no tomatoes on my sandwich. I double checked my order to make sure I was supposed to get them, and I was.

Must ask - what is the point in offering g to select “light” for ingredients if it’s gonna be ignored. Ordered again today and selected light mustard and light banana peppers but my sandwich is drowning in mustard and it had 10 banana peppers (6”). It’s nice that they get the food ready very quickly, but I’d rather them slow down a bit and have the correct food.“
