“Amazing salsa! Typically, I find the "free" salsa that comes with your "free" chips at similar restaurants to be bland and tasteless. Not at El Vallarta. I found their salsa to be savory and full of flavor. The service at lunch was quick and the entrees were tasty. Great portions! Reasonable prices. I would go there again!!”

“I have purchased doughnuts and rolls from this bakery on several occasions.I am not sure what they do to the doughnuts but the taste is incredible. Well worth the drive from Omaha to Blair.Iv seen some reviews recently that imply this is not the absolute best bakery you will find.There may very well be some places that are almost as good as what Connie makes, but there are none better. And I have traveled and sampled doughnuts from around the country.Credit cards not being accepted, well it’s just the right motivation to always keep cash on hand.”

“About a one mile walk from the City Park campground. This shop is lovely. Tables, couches, and high tops provide seating to suit everyone. They have a well-stocked library here, too. Huge variety of drinks are available, along with some pastries and burritos. My plain latte was delicious. Highly recommend.”

“We hadn't been here for quite a while. Ordered their daily special. We received the sandwich fairly quickly and it was hot. Great flavor and the price was reasonable as it included a bag of chips and a drink. We will visit again. The only problem was that we didn't know their hours, so got there about a half hour before they close at 2:00. Wish they were open longer.”

“Favorite Hangout... back in the 70's! Went to HS in Missouri Valley and had a horribly made fake ID, which was used regularly at Papa Joes. The owner, Dean Dewaele, founded it in the early 70's? Just looked him up and unfortunately he passed away in 2012. Back then, Papa Joe's had live bands when Led Zeppelin, The Who, BTO, Black Sabbath, Chicago, Yes, and many more ruled. Smoke filled stage, lots of long hair, and Levis jean jackets. It was quite the happening place 50 years ago, and I'm happy it's still going strong today.”

“What a Nebraska Tradition! Always hot and fresh and loved by my “picky” kids. The drive thru was busy but also quick and we had our food in no time. Friendly faces and workers were smiling and made sure everything was perfect before we left the line. “I know I’ve bragged on this place before but it does not get any better than this. Tonight the food was outstanding again! Ribeye cooked perfectly, potato choice was hashbrowns…. extra crispy. Comes with salad and rolls. Service was top notch! Wine…well it’s not served by a sommelier but it was fine. I know there are steakhouses in Omaha that I absolutely love, but I don’t think any of them cook their steaks like this place. And you need to look at the receipt and the price point and I think you will be amazed at the value. Depending on where you live, it’s only a 20 minute drive north. Limited hours tho so look.”

“As we traveled through the area one morning on Route 30, we were looking for a diner for breakfast. I happened to see Billy's Cafe out of the corner of my eye and drove around the block to see what I saw. Sure enough, a diner and plenty of parking for our SUV and small trailer across the street. In we went and were greeted right away. The menu looked great and our food was delicious. The waitress was very attentive and helpful. It was so good, we intentionally drove through Blair a month later, just to have breakfast again at Billy's. Route 30 is a good road and a great way around the Omaha area. I recommend Billy's for breakfast. Great value, great food.”

“This place is amazing! Immediately when we walked in, we were greeted with a cozy and classy atmosphere. The soft jazz music sets a relaxing mood. When the food came, we were most delighted with the most flavorful meal I've ever had in a restaurant!The green beans were so delicious! One of my biggest pet peeves is flavorless food. This place offers so many different flavors for the palate! For our meals, I had the 8 oz. filet, and my hubby had the 14 oz. ribeye, and we both added the grilled jumbo shrimp. Steaks were cooked to PERFECTION...and again...flavor to die for! I like the flavor of meat, so I expect the flavor of the meat to not be hidden. It was salted just enough without all the other seasonings, which is perfect for a steak. The shrimp was amazing! We had FAST, friendly service! My only regret was not getting photos of the food! I was too distracted by the deliciousness to even think about photos! Come eat here...you won't regret it! ?”

“What a friendly staff! Watched a young lady named Annie on her break eating next to us, she noticed the ranch dressing bottles were empty. She left her food, went to the kitchen and brought dressing out for the people in line. Not playing on her phone but paying attention to the customers. Good job Annie??? An employee staff that cares.”

“I would give 4.5 stars if I could. The food was very good. Portion sizes were just about right. Prices are pretty decent. The wait was a little long which I did not mind for this trip but could be problematic if you were in a hurry. I would recommend and would definitely be back again.”

This particular location is a small kiosk in a grocery store, for food you don't get as many options, but the coffee is always consistent and delicious. The staff are super friendly and always make an amazing drink!”

“Busy place with plenty of workers. We were in and out in 15 minutes. I ordered a Tuna Wrap and my hubbs got a foot long sub. It appears to be a newer Subway, they need to do better keeping the restrooms clean and when we were there a woman asked one of the workers for a mop to clean up a drink her child spilled and the worker just stared at the customer and did nothing. The customer said they would just clean up with their napkins and again the worker did nothing, weird. We’d stop here again, but the gas station near it is so bad I don’t think we ever will take this exit. Too bad.Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for those with restrictions.”
