“Great place! The employees were very gracious when we came in shortly before closing. We didn't realize they were close to closing and had been working nearby all day without a break to get food. The employees didn't grumble or have an attitude, they were really friendly, and our food was great!“

“I was in North Liberty for a softball tournament. Most of our team and parents ended up at this Subway, along with some people from other teams and some members of the general public. There was a huge line and only 2 workers. Those 2 worked very hard to get everyone through the line. I was impressed—they had good attitudes and good customer service. In the future, it would be a good idea to provide additional staff during the lunch hour if there are big tournaments in town.“

Ham and Mango is a fan favorite. I literally crave this sandwich. It's buttery, chewy, perfectly crisp on the edges sourdough bread with juicy, sweet and salty ham, mango, and gooey cheese. Do I have photo evidence? Probably not because I can't wait that long to dive in.

My husband enjoys the burger, and the bacon. My parents love the C&P. During the 2020/2021 closures, this was regular lunch takeout and I tried almost everything on the menu. It's all very good but the ham and mango will always be my default.

We always order one regular and one sweet potato fry. The aioli is perfection. The cookies are huge and sweet. Big enough to split but no obligation to do so ;)

I don't have anything negative to say about this place. The building is a bit eclectic, but that's part of the charm. The downtown location does have the trouble of parking. It's worth it.“

“Great food and excellent service. The place was clean and our order tasted excellent. They have a gluten-free bun and my wife who has celiac has never had a problem so they must be extra cautious about cross contamination. 5 stars all the way.“

“Food was Subway food, so no surprise there. The staff were helpful and nice. They all wore mask while working. The problem was the other patrons. Apparently they think they don't need to care for others as most of them didn't wear any masks. I don't blame Subway for that.“

“My colleague mistakenly asked for a foot long sub. The lady at the window rudely made it known they don't have foot long subs. It was late, and she probably hears the all day long from customers. Not a reason to take it out on your paying customers! $$$$ Very expensive sandwiches. Nearly 20 dollars for a 16 inch sub. Nope. Not a foot long!! We got a #9 , and it was delish!“

“My car started acting up yesterday so I pulled into Subway to alert my husband. Serena and Rachael came out right away to check on us. They encouraged my kids to go inside where they provided them with pop and cookies. Serena took it upon herself to check my oil which was super sweet. I was so impressed by their natural instinct to help and show us kindness. They mentioned that my alternator might be out. My alternator's currently getting replaced so great job on your diagnosis and for your customer service. These girls deserve all of the praise. I'm a car girl myself so having them step up and be so attentive was impressive. If you're in the area, stop by the Subway in Tiffin, IA. They have some amazing folks that work there.
