“Wow!! Amazing food! We started with the tempura cauliflower- lots of flavors that went well together! Chad’s filet and crab was (in his own words) one of the best he’s ever had! I had the blackened catfish over shrimp & grits. I would definitely get that again! Finished it off with the chocolate mousse (two spoons) - so good!! Nice atmosphere and very friendly and helpful servers! We will be back again soon! ❤️“

“I love this restaurant so much. I love the rotating menu with new seasonal dishes and fan favorites. I love the location in a historic home. I love the owner and staff and how hard they work to serve good food in a welcoming atmosphere. Some of my favorite dishes include the pickle soup, garlic salad, salmon sandwich, meatloaf, lobster bisque, Reuben sandwich, orange crepes, and (right now) the crawfish Étouffée. I love the local beer and wine selection as well as Mandy’s bloody marys. This is such a special restaurant and I’m so glad it is a part of our community.“

“Oh My God! The food is OUTSTANDING!!! My best friend was moving from California to NY with her three kids (i was helping) and while driving I was looking up places near where we were staying to eat. I saw Aunt Bea’s cafe and thought how cute! My moms name was Bea and I lost her some time ago so we felt we HAD to come here for dinner. Well Aunt Bea did NOT disappoint. The food was absolutely amazingly delicious. A fantastic home cooked meal is just what we needed, and she was super sweet. We left with full bellies, more than satisfied tastebuds and warm hearts.“

“Some good food, very affordable, and great people that served me. If you can look past the paper and plastic tableware and no bathroom if you stay. By what I ate was very good if you love tenderloin and your a hungry man get the Grandaddy tenderloin you may not need fries my friend. Great place for family had dinner tonight for $45 I would have spent 70 at McDonald’s for smaller amount of food. Maybe a little wait for food if they are busy but no more than ten minutes last time.

“I love Culver's! Cheese curds, butterburgers, the cheese fries! Never had an issue with anything but the cheese sauce. How much do you pay for cheese sauce and I got half a containers full? Second time. I want the cup full, not half for that price. Otherwise, good food....You buy cheese sauce, check it before you take off....“

“Took my daughter here for her birthday and the atmosphere and staff were outstanding. Patty our wait staff was attentive and helpful on recommendations. Definitely will be visiting again. Thank you to the chef for the Mahi which was cooked perfectly and the arugula salad which it sat on was wonderful.“

“Last night we went to Chevin's Kitchen and Catering located inside Kavanaugh’s Hilltop Bar and Grill in Rock Island. This is the second time we have stopped in recently for the daily special. We are so glad we did. From the prompt greeting by the servers and bar staff to the made to order burger sliders with fresh cut fries everything was AMAZING! Our servers were on top of it and so friendly. The food was GREAT! If you haven’t checked this place out yet or if you have forgotten about one of the oldest bars in the neighborhood don’t snooze on this! Great food and great service! The tables are far enough apart I don't worry about being in anyone's way, which is huge for me. That's not something I experience often, so I love eating here!

“Rather than stop at one of the busy chains, I decided to have my meal at the airport prior to my flight. It was a good choice. First, my server Pam was outstanding. She was attentive and professional. The restaurant is calm and quiet, and there is lots of room. The meal was cooked just as ordered, with eggs, sausage potatoes and an English Muffin. The prices are very reasonable. Next time in Quad Cities International, I'll eat here again.“
