“This is a decent DQ overall but one of their employees, Tate Rudish, takes it to the next level. Anytime he’s working, the blizzards and burgers taste amazing. Way better than normal. If I were you, figure out when he is working and go to this DQ during those times!“

“Food was Subway food, so no surprise there. The staff were helpful and nice. They all wore mask while working. The problem was the other patrons. Apparently they think they don't need to care for others as most of them didn't wear any masks. I don't blame Subway for that.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

Establish a different method of doing things or don't have customers come inside to order. It's a cluster getting in and out most often during meal times of the day“

“My first experience ever at Taco John's wasn't the best for me, But my second one was exceptional. Im usually not a person who usually complains but i was a little leary on returning. I called and spoke to a lovely lady named Karen. She was so understanding and kind, and has completely changed my perspective on this establishment. She went above and beyond with her professional customer service so I wanted to say thank you Karen for treating your customers with A-grade integrity by being compassionate to listen as well kind to make it right. “My husband and I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere...and I thought the fresh-squeezed lemonade was the best! My husband had breakfast for dinner...all good. I chose the meatloaf which was such a generous portion that I could only finish half of it. It was the best meatloaf I've had in a restaurant. We've been here a few times before and purposely chose to dine here during our short trip to Iowa City. It did not disappoint!“

I wanted Auntie Anne's the other day when I was in town but all I found was Pretzel Maker in their spot, thinking that they were replaced. If you read my review there you can see how disappointed I was in their product.

Auntie Anne's gave me the pretzel flavor I was yearning for and the cheese sauce (although small) had a mildly sharp cheese flavor that was good. The price for the serving size of the pretzel bites was decent. The overall price was $10.14 with two dipping sauces. I would have liked the sauce size to be larger for what we purchased.

The lady running the cash register was nice and answered my questions.

“I stopped here while traveling through the area. It's not too far off of I-80, and is visible from the road, so it's in a great location. It was around 1pm, and decently busy inside. The cashier, a middle aged guy, with shorter blonde hair, was super friendly, and was running around, trying to keep the lobby clean and organized. My food was correct, and was fresh and hot. The lobby was clean. The bathrooms were very clean.“
