“I went today for the first time and loved it! I ordered the iced raspberry white mocha latte and the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito, which was served with salsa on the side. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food and drinks had great quality and flavor. Quiet and chill atmosphere with plenty of seating. I will definitely be back to try more and would recommend!“

“Good coffee shop for locally roasted and brewed coffee. Love the cold brew and giant of the earth pour over as well as the chai tea to name a few. A local gem and great for people who like a better cup of coffee. Lucky to have them in the Iowa city area. Wish they could get the business back after COVID to be open later at night particularly at least the downtown location and now the north liberty location with the opening of the new hospital in north liberty.“

“Convenient for travel between Coralville and North Liberty. Other than that, I wouldn't go here to just chill. Everything is just average for Starbucks. Serves coffee like all other Starbucks. It's not built for the hospital traffic it's about to receive. Riverside Drive location in Iowa City remains king of the area, this is probably my second favorite location.

Parking: Good for now, when the hospital and apartments are completed it will be a nightmare.“

“I love Scooter’s Coffee!! Very friendly staff who seem like they like their job and want to help me! I only used the drive thru, but the property was very clean. There was no one else in the drive thru and they still had my drink prepared once I got to the window. They’re so quick! I got an iced latte with oat milk and almond syrup, and it was made exactly as ordered. It’s so good!! The best caffeine fix.

“A perfect example of a coffee shop geared towards the needs of student / young professional environment, where you need comfortable seating, outlets, reliable WiFi, and a steadily available but affordable stream of caffeine directly to your veins. Plus sick designs on the coffee cups, nice.

My friend got a mocha, I was jealous, but I had homework to do so I got the black, and it was delightful still. For what it's worth, he said he really liked his too.

Only complaint would be it's kind of a weird order placement / collection situation though, not very intuitive if you're settled in somewhere and waiting. Sure it's not an issue if you're a regular though, so doesn't count against the final rating.“

1.) The best guess I could give, for the mystery flavor, is maybe like a combination of toffee and the smallest amount of macadamia? Either way it’s growing on me!

2.) I have never gone to a business, and immediately just feel like i’m talking to some friends. Your 9am crew was absolutely amazing today and they definitely deserve a thank you.

“I have seen this coffee shop evolve from Capanna, to Coffee Emporium, and now Midnight Coffee. I spent a lot of time there while it was Capanna and loved it but I have to say, the changes they have made since it has become Midnight Coffee is my absolute favorite. From the great coffee, to the partnering with local pastry shops, to the new interior design, and the new Merch…..the VIBE is immaculate as people younger than me would say. Highly recommended making Midnight Coffee your new coffee spot in North Liberty and the Corridor region. They have other locations in Iowa city and tiffin as well I believe.“

“Ordered takeaway last night so we could eat outside with friends. The service was friendly and very fast for takeout. I ordered the avocado cucumber sushi combo-the sushi was arranged very prettily even in the takeout container, and it also came with very tasty miso soup. Also ordered the gyoza- savory flavor with just a hint of sweetness. The green tea with roasted rice was delicious - brewed at the right temperature, so it wasn't bitter at all. Next time, we'll dine in!“
