All fast foods may have the same name, but the staff and the care for the signature product may be different. At 73rd the staff cares about the presentation of the product as well as assembling a well made entree. The flavors are on an average on par thanks to management making sure the products are fresh and the staff continuously well trained even in their appearance. It says a lot about their fast food. They care in what they deliver to you. Nice work on consistently serving up good burgers and customer service.“

“This is the first time in a very long time I’ve had exceptional service at this subway. The staff was friendly, my sandwich looks great, and they just all around looked like they loved their jobs which is so refreshing to see at this location. The man making my sandwich was dancing and singing and just made the environment friendlier than I’ve ever experienced. Not sure if it’s helpful, but one man was bald and one had locs, they both were very friendly. This experience gave me hope in this location again :)“

“First time eating here. Friendly staff, fast service, reasonable prices, generous portions and delicious burgers and fries. I enjoyed the mushroom Swiss burger with perfectly seasoned crinkle fries. Our daughter is home from college, and she told us that’s the best burger she’s had in a long time. She had the bacon cheeseburger. Hubby had the double cheeseburger, it looked great too. He must’ve enjoyed it, he ate the whole thing! Glad we found this place, we will be back.“

“Went with my niece before an appointment. Showed up a little before 9 and Zuella was the cashier. She was very personable and polite. She had a warm feeling about her. We dined in and my niece and I both got the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Both sandwiches were fresh and Zuella came out and checked on us. She was very hospitable. Restaurant was clean. What I did appreciate was there was a table of staff all sitting together eating behind us. Whether it was them on break or about to start/ended shift, it was nice to see they were given that time and seemed to be enjoying themselves. Great experience.“

They WILL occur. The question with B Bops or any other business is where do you go from there? Well in my case B Bops solved my Number 9 Burger and Fires problem with consummate professionalism not seen not seen since the Roman Siege of Alesia in 52 BC. I don't know how long ago this changed and understand there are hardships to maintaining a play place but please take it down from the picture and amenities on the app as we had been traveling a long ways and little man was really excited for the play place only to find out it wasn't here even though we had purposely looked for one that said it had one for him. Small details were unexpected at this location - fresh flowers on all the tables, the fastest table clearing and cleaning ive ever seen at a fast food joint, someone walking around in a cow costume taking pictures with everyone, super clean bathrooms, etc.. “I have eaten an unreasonable amount of Subway in my lifetime. I’m basically a self-appointed Subway sandwich critic. And let me tell you, this location? Elite. Out of all the Subway sandwiches I’ve had in my life (and trust me, there have been MANY), this location is hands down the best. The bread is always so fresh and soft, they put the perfect ratio of topping on every time. And as if it couldn't get any better the staff are some of the most friendly people you will meet. Most of the time they remember my entire sandwich order and it's evident that the staff truly care about the important art of the Subway sandwich as much as i do. 8th wonder of the world is the Merle Hay Johnston subway.“

Overall pretty good experience everytime I've ordered, especially for being a fast food taco place. My only real consistent gripe is that they seem to regularly lock the lobby before the 10:00pm cut off. It's close by, and i regularly crave it, which is nice because i have appetite issues and dont eat as much as I should, so its a bummer when I'm trying to hustle and jog to get down there, I make it with like 10mins spare, but the doors are already locked. I don't drive currently either, so most of the time i just go back home and go to sleep instead of eating for the night.“

“I am the type of person that loves positivity and giving great reviews. Give honor to where honor is due. And I give great reviews, call the managers and praise the service all the time. I have also had my share of terrible service and/or food and usually do not say a word. The experience I had this afternoon at Culvers in Ankeny was horrendous. The food that is. The drive through guy that took my order, payment and delivery was so kind and helpful. I ordered a cod dinner and was only able to eat some of the fish. The 2 sides I ordered were cheese curds and fries. Both were so cold, hard and dry. I was so disappointed. The roll that came with it was cold, hard and dry as well. The butter was good! I did eat most of the fish but it too was tough. WHAT has happened to Culvers? Don't they realize that they are not the only option for food? Sad to say but I will be going to those other options for my meals in the future. The concrete I ordered was sloppy (down side of cup) and melting but did taste good. I HATE leaving a poor review but come on Culvers. Do better. Be better. If it had been just 1 food this review would never have been written. Oh, side note. This was after the lunch rush and before dinner rush. It was close to 2. Got right into drive through with no waiting. Disappointed.“

The nuggets were delivered on time to our home by an employee of the store at no charge. They were fresh and hot upon arrival! “This location is very convenient. Just off I-80, you can't beat its location. It's biggest downfall is that there doesn't seem to be very many adults working there between 11an and 1pm. As with many businesses, with high employee turnover rates, there just seems to be not many give-a-dangs given by most of the staff, with one or two members truly caring about their jobs and their customers. That being said, the ones who care, do what they can to keep things alive. The food is hit or miss on heat. I even had 1 Frisco handed to me on regular bread that wasn't even toasted. I gave this Hardee's a 4 out of five for their hard workers that are trying their best to keep the business alive and not complaining to every guest who pulls up to the window. The fries are always good, the sandwiches are good, just not always hot or built correctly, and drinks are always cold and fizzy. A for effort to those who do their job. “I have gone to this location many many times. The last two times I was a little let down by the flavor and preparation. For example the quesadilla, all the toppings were in the middle, the edge was 2 inches of plain tortilla all the way around the outside. Also the item I ordered wasn't made with the right ingredients. I will go back, but I need a slight break. The staff are friendly and helpful, maybe more so than other places. That helps.“
