All fast foods may have the same name, but the staff and the care for the signature product may be different. At 73rd the staff cares about the presentation of the product as well as assembling a well made entree. The flavors are on an average on par thanks to management making sure the products are fresh and the staff continuously well trained even in their appearance. It says a lot about their fast food. They care in what they deliver to you. Nice work on consistently serving up good burgers and customer service.“

“This is the first time in a very long time I’ve had exceptional service at this subway. The staff was friendly, my sandwich looks great, and they just all around looked like they loved their jobs which is so refreshing to see at this location. The man making my sandwich was dancing and singing and just made the environment friendlier than I’ve ever experienced. Not sure if it’s helpful, but one man was bald and one had locs, they both were very friendly. This experience gave me hope in this location again :)“

We dined in and my niece and I both got the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Both sandwiches were fresh and Zuella came out and checked on us. She was very hospitable. Restaurant was clean. What I did appreciate was there was a table of staff all sitting together eating behind us. “I have been to this chick fila for most of my life. I have encountered some incredible service. Elliot and Cherry have been wonderful help. I specifically saw workers today helping move tables together for a group of people. The workers are so accommodating, Always smiling, and kind ready to help whenever. They WILL occur. The question with B Bops or any other business is where do you go from there? Well in my case B Bops solved my Number 9 Burger and Fires problem with consummate professionalism not seen not seen since the Roman Siege of Alesia in 52 BC. “The food is usually pretty well prepared, and the place is usually pretty clean. Staff is always friendly and easy to talk to. Overall pretty good experience everytime I've ordered, especially for being a fast food taco place. My only real consistent gripe is that they seem to regularly lock the lobby before the 10:00pm cut off. It's close by, and i regularly crave it, which is nice because i have appetite issues and dont eat as much as I should, so its a bummer when I'm trying to hustle and jog to get down there, I make it with like 10mins spare, but the doors are already locked. I don't drive currently either, so most of the time i just go back home and go to sleep instead of eating for the night.“

“I don't usually leave reviews but truly I must after the incredible experience we just had here. My kids are your typical picky eaters and getting them to eat is usually quite a task. Instead of the usual, both my kids devoured thier burgers, and were even asking if they could get another burger. They are currently talking about how they can't wait to go back. The atmosphere was fun and the staff was just as fun while still being professional. The food...the food was absolutely scrumptious. “This location is very convenient. Just off I-80, you can't beat its location. It's biggest downfall is that there doesn't seem to be very many adults working there between 11an and 1pm. As with many businesses, with high employee turnover rates, there just seems to be not many give-a-dangs given by most of the staff, with one or two members truly caring about their jobs and their customers. That being said, the ones who care, do what they can to keep things alive. The food is hit or miss on heat. I even had 1 Frisco handed to me on regular bread that wasn't even toasted. I gave this Hardee's a 4 out of five for their hard workers that are trying their best to keep the business alive and not complaining to every guest who pulls up to the window. The fries are always good, the sandwiches are good, just not always hot or built correctly, and drinks are always cold and fizzy. A for effort to those who do their job. The rest who work there need to consider mowing lawns.“

While standing at the counter, I accidentally dropped a $10 bill without realizing it. The cashier found it and brought it straight to me. Acts like that may seem simple, but she came to me without hesitation, which speaks volumes about her character and the type of employees you hire.
